Going a step ahead and with all love... I am pleased to mentioned that it's worth visiting oregano restaurant at JP Kyriad (formerly Jhankar place) at samta nagar, dhule as the food is awesome. The chef Harish is an awesome guy... During my stay and while i checked in i was ill n down with fever. The chef provided me lemon ginger tea in morning and took a feedback in person for the items and made sure that things were served in order n fresh. Also during dinner i was not ok with Manchurian to which he cancelled it and served another dish... Point is in a place like dhule a tier 3/4 city we cannot expect this hospitality but at oregano/jp kyriad it is real, the hotel is clean decent and staff is courteous and cooperative. No point of exploring for stays while dhule, choose JP kyriad and oregano restaurant.

The ignorance of the servers/waiters is at another level. No one wants to attend and serve us the food too. We had to take it by hand. Very poor hospitality. Food was good though. But we were not even hungry after the disappointment.

Management was not good. Wen asked for fingerbowl they said that as there was a function downstairs Der were no bowls available. Should dis be the reason! .. Also the quality of Roti is not good at all..main course was ok..

It was a small GTG of school friends. We felt it was nice selection to seat back and have chit chat after long time. Service was superb, food satisfied our taste buds, specially desert Moong Daal Halwa was the icing on the cake.

This place never disappoints. Have been here multiple times while travelling on AB road. Amongst the best restaurant on the entire highway stretch and definitely the best restaurant in the locality. Head chef is very courteous.

The Ambience is good. Had ordered Sizzlers and Chinese Rice and Manchurians. The Sizzlers didn't Sizzle and the Chinese dishes were bland, and did not give the satisfaction of having eaten Chinese food. I'm told that the Punjabi cuisine is awesome, but missed to try that...

Food quality was very good but service was very very poor

One of the worst experience ever. Not proper service. The party was going on down stairs so there was not service at the hotel. We have booked our table for 9 pm at 8 pm. And we visited at 9 pm sharp. But there was not availability of table. After that it was available at 10.pm . So we pre order the food. After that also they served us at 10.40 pm that also only half of the starter order. So don't ever think that to go to this hotel. It will be waste of time.

Hotel is very nicely designed and located on highway in Dhule city. Garden, lawns, lodging, seminar hall, parking everything is perfectly arranged but the food quality needs to be improved.

Fingerlicking Good Taste! Service needs to be improved. Takes lot of time for preparation. Miscommunication between staff. Ordered soup but didnt received one. Rest everything is fine.
