Located in the the east side hill of Nandurbar, this temple is near to Dhule road, and second important place after Khodiyar Maa temple in the town. In real it's 'Vagishwari temple' ( वाक्+इश्वरी = वागीश्वरी), Goddess of Speech that's 'Saraswati'. This Goddess has to be worshipped strictly as Saraswati and not as Amba or Durga. Initially this idol had Swan ( हंस) but due to gujarathi cultural influence and half knowledge, they removed the Hamsa and put Tiger as her vehicle, which is a huge blunder. This Goddess is not Sherawali. It's Saraswati...
