A festival of horses..., Horse lovers across the country are coming here. This festival starts with Shree Datta Jayanti and lasts for 1 month.

This the most funfull fair I ever visited. All events and fuctions are ossam. Number of Horses are there. All are the number one. Horses come here are all over the India. Mostly from MP and UP. This is the second largest horse market in the India. You can visit here from all over the India. Nearest Railway station is Dontaicha. And Dhule. Parking area is also good and huge. Cleanliness in this festival is good. Only the problem with the toilet issue. Otherwise everything is just ossam. Do visit here once,you can't stop yourself from another visit.

A month long horse fair, the best time to visit will be when the events r held. I reached early and didnt find major stud farm owners present there as they arrive late but still it was a good experience, the food is also nice and the area is well maintained and u will get to see some of the most amazing horses available for sale in india.

Sarangkheda is well known market for good species horses. Anyone who wants to buy a good horse can give a visit here. The temple of Lord Dattatreya resides here, where a mediocre fair gets organized for a month every year.

Each year on the occasion of Datta Jayanti, an annual fair is held for around two weeks and main attractions of fair is horse bazaar or horse trading. The fair attracts thousands of people all over the Maharashtra and outside states in country for many purposes like horse riding, farming etc

it is one of the best fair i have visited there are horses of all kinds and there is full joy the best time to visit is in december when there is chetak festival you will be definetly lost in this place's glamour once you visited there

A great tradition continuing shinde many years, one of the largest markets of horses in india. Many kind of varieties in rides for the families. Small market looks like the ancient time marketplace in pune. Also spiritual vibes as the cause of the chetak festival "Shri Datt Jayanti", having glorious temple of Shri Datta. And the ambience of Sarangkhed which is set on the river bank of Tapi. Having boat safari, boating, boating houses, adventures sports and indoor sports too. P.S. from last year there's service of the tent rooms available too.

I have visited this first time. 4000+ horses and variety of breeds under one roof. They have made track for race horse test and seperate area for dancing horses. I am not a buyer though checked for prices ranges from 10k to 1cr. Awesome experience. You can take a horse ride too. No proper sanitation near by.

Chetak festival is one of the biggest festival of Maharashtra. Many horse trader coming here with their horses.The whole month happens here many cultural program and horse shows.You can see here lavni mahotsav, singing and dancing competition,kawwali, and many other enjoyble things.This festival occur from datta jayanti to thirty days. Come and feel enjoyment in winter season.
