The most horrible hotel room i have ever stayed in. The ac was unable to cool the room at 18degrees in more than an hour. Highly laxed out service. The extra plates never came back. The water bottles were boiling. The cold water was supposed to be purchased. Highly commercialised with zero facilities and lacking basic amenities. Rooms with one third of this price serve much better value than this. Regret my decision of staying here

Going a step ahead and with all love... I am pleased to mentioned that it's worth visiting oregano restaurant at JP Kyriad (formerly Jhankar place) at samta nagar, dhule as the food is awesome. The chef Harish is an awesome guy... During my stay and while i checked in i was ill n down with fever. The chef provided me lemon ginger tea in morning and took a feedback in person for the items and made sure that things were served in order n fresh. Also during dinner i was not ok with Manchurian to which he cancelled it and served another dish... Point is in a place like dhule a tier 3/4 city we cannot expect this hospitality but at oregano/jp kyriad it is real, the hotel is clean decent and staff is courteous and cooperative. No point of exploring for stays while dhule, choose JP kyriad and oregano restaurant.

Room service is WORST and staff only argue even if they have done mistake they never accept their mistakes had worst experience of staff. Cheap washroom condition. No cold water provided for drinking even after requesting many times we had not asked water for free no doormats due to this room was getting wet and slippery no hot water for bathing. Please teach your staff how to interact with guest how to be polite. Due to such staff you may loose ratings clients after being good hotel but still felt bit over priced compared to the service given.

The worst experience occurred when I booked a business executive room. When I entered the room, which was reeking of cigarete smoke, Dustbin and a prior visitor to the west were lying there. The worst aspect was that after phoning reception, the maintenance man didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, Jet Spry wasn't functioning. Broken toilet seat. A/C stopped functioning at precisely one in the morning, and we left the room at five in the morning till it stopped working again. Absolutely not advised to remain Even after restorant , we ordered something else, and it was delivered differently.

Nice property at Dhule. Rooms were spacious , neat and clean. Food was delicious served hot even in late night. Staff was cooperative. Only issue was with lift which was too slow. Property owner should add one more lift in the hotel.

Very average overpriced place. The service is terrible. They don't even offer to load your luggage in your car. Rooms are very basic. The only good thing is this hotel is right next to the highway making it easy to stay over for a night when traveling out of Maharashtra. Avoidable otherwise. Bad experience in general.

Haven’t seen a hotel service as poor as this. No manager, no staff, poor coordination; the list goes on. We had to practically teach the inexperienced “Restaurant” staff on how to provide service for an extra bed. Took them close to an hour to provide all the amenities. They said their entire hotel staff left.

We were traveling from indore to mumbai and had a one night hault at hotel Jhankar Palace , Dhule we booked two rooms which were on 3rd floor , both were way too spacious, neat and clean . The bathrooms were also clean, breakfast was fresh , tasty, must to have , would like to specially thanks chef Sharmaji and staff , recommended to stay .

The location of this hotel is very convenient, and the rooms are basic and clean. However, the service is appallingly poor. Even after multiple reminders about an extra bed for children, they failed to arrange for it. AC did not work, wifi did not work as well. They could not arrange basic things (like clothing iron). The worst part was the unapologetic management. They ignored our requests, and refused to consider the feedback entirely. The price point is not justified, especially when they cannot provide basic amenities . Avoid this place if you can, you will find much better places at this price, or find similar places at a much cheaper price.

Hotel is safe from family prospective but rooms are not upto the mark.. western cistern damage ,doors not properly locked and wall stains..i think Hotel management should take care of this repairing on daily checkup basis..if they know this type of issues in rooms then they should not give the keys to guest which is biggest mistake or lapses in accordance to management. Servicing staff is good and upto the mark and make feel to comfortable but something's beyond their limit which should take care by Management team. I have photos but don't want to let down by posting such small things .hope so management ll take action and further this type of issues not face to any other guest.

Absolute delight, never got better return for the money. Perfect stay as a traveller. The Customer service is outstanding, better than any 5 star in delhi or mumbai. Its a vegeterian place, however great taste and they will give you half portion if you are alone!!

Rooms are clean. But few things are very cheap as compared to the rates they charge. For ex. The bathroom plastic stools, the very cheap plastic cup for tea/coffee in a Shiney restaurant. Service? - what is that? 😄 It seems this hotel is primarily used as a stay for wedding guests. So they do not need to show any service or courtesy. This lack of service is even visible in their body language.

Its a good place to make a pitstop while you travel. Yay - Restaurant has good ambience, food is nice Nay - Rooms are small with no ventilation, bathrooms are basic Slightly overpriced

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Jhankar Palace, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the restaurant, from the ambiance to the food and service, exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor, soft lighting, and soothing background music created a relaxed and comfortable environment. The Stuff at Hotel Jhankar Palace were truly exceptional. From the moment I was greeted at the door to the attentive service throughout the meal, their professionalism and friendliness were commendable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, catering to my dietary preferences with ease.

Appa ji is really one of the best resturant manager in the hotel. Not only did he serve us heartily but also took our photos. The hotel is one of the best. I always make a night halt in this while traveling from pune to bhopal. Pure veg, no non sense people. Clean and spacious. Amazing food. Great hotel!

Hotel did not give room to me Becuase of maintenance issue On the floor as this was Royal suit so I booked Superior room as after discussion with manager he said royal suit amount will refund you.. On same date I booked 2 rooms and 2 times full payment by make my trip.. Now make my trip not responding for amount and no refunded by hotel...

Great experience. The rooms were good. And the restaurant had a great service and taste. And at last,the rumali khakhra was just awesome. Do eat it if you visit the place.

Hands down the best that you can get in the vicinity. The chef at the restaurant is one of the greatest hosts that you'd find in any restaurants or hotels all over. Great food, great ambiance. Weekends are a vibe. Can't ask for anything else.

Too costly and the rooms are not worth the price. Sub bar breakfast and cleanliness. Cockroaches running around in the breakfast hall. Doesn't recommend for this higher price.

Staff is lethargic and inattentive....No tissues, dental kit and food menu... place for breakfast is not denoted and will make you search atleast for 5 mins... Ground floor of the adjacent property was stinking....only 1 lift available.... Breakfast was limited and Ok... Breakfast service was poor... Surprisingly, room dine in was amazing.... I was asked for the full payment without checking the pre book status.

Located near Dhule Gurudwara on Mumbai Agra road (service road junction). Hotel room is specious n clean. Bathroom needs deep cleaning. Only veg food, no bar or nonveg. Secure parking.

Worst Staff, average food, person who takes order is very arrogant. I request hotel owners to come as a guest sometime to check the attitude of der staff or workers everymonth. Jhankar palace staff is now really worse. They are degrading the image of hotel.

Had visited Amalner, Jalgaon for a business visit and could bot find a single decent and hygienic place to stay in Amalner. That's when someone suggested this place in Dhule which is about an hours drive and it was truely a saviour. Offers decent rooms, food and service. Location is good and is just adjacent to Mumbai highway. The price tag is decent as well!

It was really good property, food was really good and chef Sharma ji and restaurant staff Mr vasim has very helpful, rooms and other staff also good , Overall good stay , we visit again.
