This is a 27 year old property situated at Surat bypass on Mumbai - MP highway near Dhule. If you take an Auto from Dhule AT stand, he will charge you between 80 to 100. Rooms are big, though property is not very well maintained, and charges are also reasonable. They have a restaurant that serves Veg & Non-Veg Food.

Booked room for a quick sleep after drive of 15 hours..but couldnt get proper sleep as one of "pvt guests" of hotel owner was continuously playing music on woofers till 4am and that was lowered only after complaining. Worst experience.. Would have slept better in my own car.

Best location, value for money, only thing it's quite old is that some renovations may make this awesome

I had Worst breakfast here. Don’t dare to go here. They don’t even know what is idli. One suggestion for hotel management if possible immediately change your chef.

So the hotel is overall good to stay due to low price... But they provide poor quality blankets Restaurant staff is really good and fast at service.

It's a nice restaurant bar but not very family oriented.

A few years ago, this hotel used to be one of the best hotels in Dhulia, but now more focus should be placed on it.

If you wanna book the room then select golden delux room as it is new intirior and good rooms, dont book delux room as it is very old room with old furniture

Right on the highway, very spacious. Awesome place for marriage and other functions, ample car parking space and very helpful staff. Must try the restaurant as well

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Very unhygienic,staff was not cooperative and not well manner , under staffed, the rooms were very bad, old. Only 2,3 rooms were renovated and others were in very bad condition. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and I suggest that you should not even think about going to this hotel.

There are serious hygiene issues here. We paid 2500 per room and the toilets seemed like they were not cleaned in months. Had slimy yellow deposits everywhere. The bed sheet and quilts were no good either. The water from geyser was dark yellow and they could not fix it even after numerous complaints from all the rooms. Had to take cold water shower in winters. They charge 2500 per room, even if they spend 5 percent of that on cleaning the rooms will be very good. But the owner does not understand hospitality industry and is just running the hotel to make money.

We booked non-A/C room and the room was were unhygienic, too many cocroches in the bathroom. There were Rats in the room.

Was put up Hotel Residency Park while I was in Dhule. The location of the hotel is right at the entry of Dhule from Nasik. They rent out their premises for marriage functions. The rooms were not so well maintained. Food was nice.

I don't know what to say ... I had booked another hotel via booking.com but all rooms of that were fulled so we opt for this hotel and fortunately we find the ac deluxe room . There was wedding in hotel residency park which I was ok but the story begins in night when people knocking our doors unnecessarily in night time. The bed mattress is also not of good quality which give us more bad time during night time ... Actually it deserve 1 star but i m giving 3 star for giving room at emergency time and good room services like of dinner .

It looked clean and pretty nice for a non Michelin star hotel.

Avoid the fancy Kyriad chains etc and come here. Room sizes are giant. good service. rooms tariffs are at one third the cost. food is good. veg nonveg. has a bar. ample parking. usually booked for weddings banquets etc. would mostly give the room grudgingly and ask to checkout / vacate by 8am or 9 am since they are packed with group bookings. Dhule is a good stop if on a longer drive towards Mumbai. can avoid staying at Indore, Maheshwari, Shirpur or Nashik.

Rooms spacious but many facilities as tea kettle or proper toiletries are not available. Location is on Agra Highway.

For the location it is at,it's the best in class as per price and amenities.I would like to add one more star for their food.simply amazing.if u think its expensive let's go outside dhaba and eat then the food outside is gonna be equally expensive and far less tasty,so get it room serviced or visit their mirch masala restaurant u will not regret it.try the kaju curry it's a lipsmacking dish. Overall experience was top notch.

Never ever take non A/C rooms in this hotel. A/C and non A/C rooms are same. If you will take non A/C you will be packed in airless box.
