When asked why the board is missing, the staff grinned beamingly. - had never seen a table fan mounted to a wall inside the bathroom as an alternative to an exhaust fan - hot water and cold water faucet is reversed to trick the guests. My friend had a ice cold water bath in the December at 5.30 am 🤦‍♂️ - The prices are very high for such poor quality rooms; I saw a small rat sneak in through our neighbouring room.frokt door, the waiter woke us up incorrectly at 10.30 pm asking if we ordered room service etc Unsure of the location as we are not natives of Dhule.

It was very beautiful day for us bcoz the last day of our college function will held there nice place for the functions, birthday parties and many more, There is AC hall and good service provides from there staff's.

Overall a good experience at cheaper rate... Rooms , food everthing is of better quality as compared to other hotels in dhule at same price

We stayed at Hotel Ganpati Palace while we were enroute Goa. It is a good property with spacious rooms. Our night stay was pretty comfortable.

Pet friendly, no hassle place. We stayed for a night as we needed a break, clean rooms and quick service. No complaints, would say a very decent place for a stop over.

Hotel Design and Interior is good but the uneducated staff and zero © management, even not the good and qualified manager available at counter, always the aged person sitting on counter and given random answers , they doesn't have any idea.

Hello everyone, Me and my family (wife, 2 kids, Mother & Masi) were travelling to Dhule. Just wanted to share a feedback on a hotel we stayed on 19th September 2023, it was Ganpati Palace in Dhule. *The booking & Arrival:* We were traveling late at night due to the Ganpati visarjan at home and had to attend an important function on 20th September 2023. The hotel was welcoming with a last moment booking. We reached at midnight, however the staff and it's services were excellent. At that time at night as well we were escorted to the room on priority as our kids were sleeping and our luggage was carried by the staff. *The services & room quality:* When we checked out the rooms we had to take 2 rooms, when we saw the rooms me & my family were astonished to see such wonderful rooms with classy interiors. In today's time especially post COVID period many hotels have lost charm but here in Ganpati palace it was totally the opposite. Clean, well managed, hygienic, more than up to the mark rooms being offered. The room service at that time of the night was spot on, with a smile on their face came to our room whenever they were called (as we had kids with us we needed them multiple times). Excellent service and happy to share it with everyone. *Breakfast:* After a long tiring day you want to have a comfortable sleep, which all of us got due to the super cozy beds. The first thing you need once you get up is a good breakfast. The spread was high quality and I can vouch for a fact that it was soda free( soda free means usually buffet's use and ingredient to full your tummy soon so you cannot enjoy unlimited to the core). Right from tea, coffee, poha, upma to idili and medu Vada. Just while writing this post I am able to sense it on my tongue. *Check out-* As mentioned earlier I was travelling with kids and senior citizens, the check out process was smooth. I have had experiences in the past that as soon as your check out time is near the staff and reception being harrassing the customer. But here it was again the opposite, as they understood and got the check out process smoothly. I would like to thank the hotel for providing me and my family with such great and high standard service. Ganpati palace dhule has set up a different bench mark for me with reference to service and quality for hotel stays.

Rooms are big , but loud thumping music every evening will keep you awake, the breakfast place is in a dark dingy basement, food spread & quality is nothing great

Hotel recently went under renovation which has made it even better. This is a pet friendly place and the staff was really cooridal. Food could've been better though.

In this hotel driver can't stay no service for driver bathroom is not good to take shower and DRIVER had to sleep in conference hall

Totally value for money. Nice big rooms. All basic facilities working and in place. Renovation and upgrades are work in progress. Will recommend for a stopover on road trips.

They offer the same room to multiple guests and then there is mayhem.... We had to shift out at 2235 hrs because of their lackadaisical and careless attitude. Would recommend not to stay in this property; terrible....

It was nice experience, The hotel owner is so perfect that he didn't have second thoughts in giving us the room instead of having a pet , definitely a pet friendly hotel and anyone traveling for long trips and have to halt at dhule I would recommend none other than this hotel , the rooms are big and breakfast is pretty nice, More than us our mac 🐶 loved it Thanks and keep doing great service.

New function hall is excellent. Being centrally located in the city it's convenient for people with two wheelers to reach.

Such a relaxed area to be in. Everyone around was so polite and humble. It is a pure vegetarian hotel so no nuisance policy is what they have. Which is the best. A very beautiful place for a family to be. With economy in hands. Would surely recommend.
