1. Price is too high for the given quantity of food, very less quantity especially for chicken handi. 2. Rude and unprofessional behaviour of staff. 3. Very high level of mismanagement. They brought wrong order and argued that you have ordered the same. 4. Expect high delays in getting orders. 5. Seating arrangement was also not appropriate. e.g. for 8 people they provided table of 6 people and adjusted 2 more chairs there only. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Despite my excitement to try out Hotel Krishnai, I was left unimpressed with the food quality and staff behavior. The dining experience fell short of expectations, with tasteless dishes and a limited menu variety that did not align with the hotel's reputation. Adding to my disappointment was the indifferent attitude of the staff. Their lack of enthusiasm and unhelpful demeanor made me feel unwelcome. It's disheartening when the very people who should ensure a pleasant stay seem uninterested in providing good service. On a positive note, the hotel's ambiance and amenities were satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, but unfortunately, these aspects were overshadowed by the subpar dining and lackluster staff behavior. In conclusion, my visit to Hotel Krishnai was disappointing due to the unappetizing food and indifferent staff. While the physical attributes of the hotel were decent, the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to enhance the dining and customer service aspects for future guests.

Well, I was checking out some reviews before writing this one and people are having bad experiences here so for me it was kind of a different experience. So we were 18 people and we went to reception and to enquire. the staff was polite, and service was fast they immediately process everything they combined the tables and all, we ordered chicken and fish as a starter (don't know the name)the fish and chicken were so soft like I never had this soft one before, breaking apart without any effort plus it was delicious. I wanted a mocktail but they said it was unavailable, that was disappointing. plus you and the people around you get very less privacy though. When it comes to Family there is very less privacy that's the only thing I didn't like. after we move on to the main course we ordered Mutton and Chicken Gravy, Veg Bhuna and Paneer tikka along with Lachha Paratha. It was good but the Lachha paratha was too heavy like cant take more than 2 parathas. so far it a was a good experience. I don't have a picture cause they immediately start serving😭

Restaurant in the hotel is very good..two different section like vegetarian and non vegetarian with drinks available..since long time taste of food is maintained ...even in week days it works heavily....it's moderately expensive and ambience is good. Outside of restaurant kids play area is present with slide and swings ... Hygiene is well maintained ...lots of seminar halls are present for small education programme...hall for birthday celebration or small parties is also available ...lawn area is also available for marriages and cultural programme

Impolite reception staff. I was on teh way from Pune to Agra. Had called up the hotel beforehand and 15 mins later when I reach the staff rudely told me that room is no longer available. I had confirmed twice on call before heading there. When asked to speak to the manager, they absolute declined. Worst experience

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch when we were enroute to nasik from Indore . The food was really good and the restaurant staff were courteous but the reception staff were rude when we asked why they don't have a wash basin inside the restaurant to wash our hands . Thier answer was " it's not there ,you can use the one in the washroom which was located outside the restaurant much like these highway hotels who have the toilets placed 100 mts away from the restaurant. Would like to return for the food only if I have to .

Food quality was quite good. service given by the waiters was not quite pleasing. Waiters weren't prompt and pleasant. Moreover,They did not have pickles when we asked for it. A 3 star hotel with no pickles is quite shocking. 🥲🥲 we hope to get better service next time.

We went for a family dinner. We did advance reservation. Before starting from home we reconfirmed our booking and informed estimated time for reaching there, they ensured tables are reserved for us. When we reached, we were quite astonished to see that they allocated our table to some else. We had to wait for 1+ hrs to get seats. Very unprofessional approach. When you are in service industry, one should very well know how to serve your customer and to deliver best customer experiance.

The preparations were good,service was nice,cleanliness appreciable.But the charges were little bit high.More over,my suggestion is that the garden may be developed n more arrangements for playing for kids be made.The children are interested more in playing than khana.

It's good restaurant in Dhule. Hotel and room service is rarely used by outsider as it is not a tourist place. Restaurants has two different kitchens for Veg and Non Veg. Good place to go with family.

Food quality is good but the service is quite poor. Wasn't a pleasant experience with service staff. Recommend for family dinner but I'd highly discourage for group of friends. The service staff makes you wait for eternity if you're a group of friends.

Rooms are clean and specious. But their food quality is very poor, order takers attitude, waiters service very poor. All Pantry staff was working forcefully... Serving food with very sad and upset face... I feel pitty with them.. Reception staff is good and polite. I booked two time. 2nd time I preferred dinner in Chetna Dining, famous in dhule near by Krishnai hotel. Note- After my review owner of hotel called me and taken details of my review/experience.. Clean Rooms. They Don't Provide Toothbrush Though. So Kindly Carry The Same. Food In Their Restuarant Is Good But Breakfast is very limited. Overall a value for money option.

Hotel rooms was very neat and clean, staff was very good in service. Restaurant food was tasty. Deducted one star because i forgot my tooth paste and hotel didn't provided it. But staff was very good they bought it for me from near by shop.

Staff behavior is very rude. They judge customers based on attire. Poor service and have to wait long after giving order and if we ask for the order staff talks unprofessionally and uses abusive language.
