Literally love this place. The prices of the tickets are so reasonable as compared to other cinemas, and the concession items are so affordable. I've been to this cinema many times and I have to admit, it is probably my favorite cinema of all times. The last time I went (July 10th approx, 2022) the theater was literally empty. 2 minutes before the movie started and only my family and I occupied the entire screen.

I have visit South Park for many time because it is such a beautiful place the way they describe I really appreciate it I was had party there for many times it was a nice place and also I would thank you management and staff looking forward to come Again It was wonderful

I recently attended Caribbean Cinema in South park. Saw Dungeon and Dragons in 4DX. The cinema itself is amazing, comfy seats with leg room. The screen was massive and the sound system was on point. I ordered and paid using my phone. You will get a qr code via email and you just enter the cinema and turn right to print your ticket by entering your code. There is a waiting area and arcade games while waiting for movie to start. The movie itself was OK. But I didn't enjoy the 4D experience. After 20 minutes of being punched in my back and feeling like I driving thru pot holes I had enough. The jerking sensation was too much. I was slip and sliding and holding on for dear life. The gentle movements and puffs of air and water I liked. Sadly 4D is not for me. I left with a headache. However Caribbean Cinemas is great I will be back for only 2D films.

Haven't been here in years. However, I must say my experience today was pleasant. Ticket prices were reasonable compared to other cinemas. When purchasing the tickets I was allowed to choose the seats which was nice. Food is a bit expensive. But it tasted ok. Inside the cinema, it was comfortable, movie looked good and the quality was fine.

The facilities are comfortable. The only thing I can comment on is that they did not give a plastic tray for popcorn. the 4D experience was amazing I liked it and the attention is good

This is actually my favorite venue to see movies, however in order to see the from the beginning , you should arrive at least 40 minutes early because the lines for snacks may occasionally be incredibly long and the service can be slow.

Watched a movie in 4D, it was lit, a very exciting experience, almost like a rollercoaster ride. The effects were really amazing and had me sliding off my seat. It is not for people who just wanna sit quietly and watch a movie .... It's for those who want to feel like they are actually in the movie feeling every kick and bumpy ride etc. I gave it a 4 star because I think the concession stand needs to upgrade their services. So many persons waiting to order and only 2 cashiers are unacceptable.

the overall experience was 3 due to the slow moving concession. We stood in line for about 45 mins missing the first 2o mins of the movie. The surroundings were clean and nice and movie itself was good.

Great ambience. Screens are huge with surprisingly vivid imagery. I'd only ever been to Trinicity location, which is lackluster, in my opinion, but South Park is a treasure haven in comparison.

I really like Southpark branch, it's convenient with lots of parking. User friendly with online purchasing of tickets and basic snacks, I'm hoping they add the food soon.

Clean and spacious. Food lines are slow. Update. My credit carded was skimmed here as well as another relative, who had a new card never used before except purchasing food.

A quiet time of day. 2pm so no ticket lines. Clean, good AC. Long lines at food counter though. Would have missed half hour of show if i waited for snacks etc. Saw a second show right after and had the opportunity to purchase in my intermission. Hot dog /fries..chicken...popcorn cold and somewhat stale. Very limited food and snack options. Servers were polite though

The 4dx experience is great ..the moving can be a bit tense. The food is very expensive sadly but it tastes great. A water alone costs $10 and $17 for a small drink. Pricing is curated for you to buy combos which can range cheapest starts at around 30 for basic items like hotdogs or popcorn.

This cinema is quite good, great seating, sound, temperature, screen, quality etc. Easy flow from ticketing to concession and seating. My only recommendation is quality of popcorn, it wasn't crisp... tasted little soft.

Very poor service.. the concession/canteen area is always slow and seems to either be to small or under staffed, which cause long waiting lines that move extremely slow.. Which trickles into persons who say, pays for a 9pm movie and by the time they are done getting something to eat or drink the movie would have already begun. Also there are no attendants inside each theater screen to direct or ensure persons are seated in order of the tickets they purchased and so of its a movie that all wants to see like example Black Panter, there is then chaos in the theater when people can find the seat they paid for.

Courteous and accommodating staff, pricing not as egregious as it could've been and an all round decent place.

Very nice and clean. There is almost always an attendant in the bathrooms making sure everything is well clean and sanitized. Good amount of screens and sound quality is great. I definitely recommend the 4Dx movies.

Had a great time at Caribbean Cinemas. Concession was not great however. Poor cardboard trays were given to carry multiple purchases. The Cinema was fantastic. Even sitting to the front row of the 4DX cinema didn't require me to recline to see the screen as in other cinemas.

Had great service experience the assistant Manager on Saturday 6th of August around 5.00pm. She helped me even though it was my error. And the 4dx experience was amazing really enjoyed it

Warm and friendly, Cozy, kind staff, 4 stars due to cinema seating needing an upgrade and maybe a little air freshener

Caribbean Cinemas doesn't even let you walk in the building with a clear bottle of WATER? Nah, never coming back to this disgusting place. Insanely predatory business practically forcing people to have to buy water or at least something to drink at the concession.

Loved the 4dx only thing is I wish is that you can adjust the intensity of the shaking chairs cuz it was crazy but still fun
