Pretty expensive for a 4 year old and 1 year old. Every time I’ve been here with my toddler he’s gotten sick every time. I have had multiple people tell me their kids always get sick here too and no longer come here. I got my kids a snap meal to share, the samosas were still half frozen. Not the best play centre unfortunately don’t think I’ll be back now. Would be nice to see cleanliness improved and some more things for toddlers !

My kid always has a good time here, sure it’s busy but it’s like that most places. Coffee is alright. Food is nice. Good options. The main problem for me is that most of the time there’s just a bunch of feral kids climbing up the slides when there are other children waiting to go down. Really not fair on the kids who are waiting, having to constantly contend with people running up at them. I deffo climbed up slides as a kid, but never would have done it when there’s a queue of people waiting to go down. Suppose that’s more of a parenting issue, but it would be nice if the staff kept an eye on the situation.

It was very disappointing to find out that we pay for a short session now, this was never announced on their Facebook page, considering 2 days ago a friend of mine didn’t have to pay per session. I was also told off for bringing snacks in because they have no ‘license’ for outside food. What if my child has allergies to all their cafe food? I always buy coffee and lunch from their cafe, even if I took few snacks in. I was spoken to like a kid, the owner looked at me and spoke to me as if I didn’t understand English which made furious. He communicated with me and another lady sitting at a different table in a rude manner, so I chose not to respond and get insulted anymore. This was one place my child used to love to go to, and used to have more of a friendly face. So disappointing. We won’t be back again.

Great place for kids range from infants to big kids. The coffee and food are not so as great, although it's muffin break but the muffin tastes so odd (I ordered double choc muffin)

This place is ridiculous small. Compare for other in door play, is small, lack of table. We come here at 10 o'clock (they open at 10), and there are 3 4 table left only. But a long queue outside. We ordered toaste but miss one, the employee has extremely poor attitude and question us We got it already. Totally disaster. And inside Playground is not clean as well. My kids socks pick up so many underneath

Customer service is great and managers are caring and thoughtful. However the people who attend croc play centre are not always nice. I’ve been discriminated many times because of the way I look (based on my ethnicity).Sometimes my child is alone after playing with kids because once their parent/s see me with my son they pull their children straight away and my child is left with no one to play with. It’s sad to know some parents teach their children to discriminate at such a young age. Parents also don’t always look after their children and don’t take responsibility and be their for their children. I come there hopefully to have a break and let my child have fun and possibly socialise like every other child, I am not going to babysit other children because that’s not my job. Also if you are supervising your child and you know they’re being a bully please teach them good manners. There’s been times I’ve uncomfortable had to tell other children off for stopping my son playing with toys and not sharing. Sometimes in front of their parents because their parents don’t care to do anything about it, which is disappointing.

Nice and tidy, my kid enjoyed so much he doesn't want to go home, lots of foods to choose for kids and adults while your kids play.

Decent facility and pretty good food/drinks, but the staff are just too young to be able to facilitate birthday parties. A party we attended over the weekend was held in the Disco party room which was a very fun environment, but the 14 year old and his sister who were facilitating the party room were just kids. They weren't able to get the kids involved and excited the way a mature adult would have been able to. Ps, there really needs to be some sort of fan or aircon in that room as it was so hot in there. Everyone was uncomfortable. The tricycles and other little bikes are an accident waiting to happen. Yes, there is a designated "track" for them but nobody around to enforce it so people were tripping over them every time I looked up.

Amazing place space and cafe. Good range of yummy food and barista coffee. The staff are all very pleasant especially the owners whom I spoke with, they were very welcoming and cheerful. I love how they have younger staff to help them gain experience. Very clean and tidy and managed well. Would definitely recommend for all age kids, for younger kids during the week is better when it’s less busy as there is plenty for them to explore!

This place is very kid friendly, great staff, comfortable seating area for parents to relax and great Fresh food from the kitchen. Very safe play area for kids to enjoy. Highly recommend the place for all ages of parents to relax and let the kids enjoy themselves too.

Took my 10month old here today, it’s definitely not somewhere for infants. The floors are particularly dirty as are the balls in the “ball pit”. I’ve been elsewhere with her and had a lot more to do with her at other places. Only a bouncy castle and 2 slides in the baby area, with lots of older kids coming in.

Keeps the little one busy for hours and a great place to make new friends. Chips are great, muffins are awesome and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Can't fault anything, especially the friendly and welcoming service.
