When exhausted from traveling I booked a 90 minutes sports massage with hot stones. we agreed the last 30 minutes were going to be just for relaxing. The sports massage is aggressive and focused on the tight areas. When I realized she didn't know how to give a sports massage, although disappointed, I just decided to let go and relax. Wasn't going to sour up my evening by requesting another massage therapist that wasn't there or didn't exist. The place seems to be on survival mode. I found myself having to emphatically debate the charges, I was been charged for sport massage and hot stones when all I've gotten was a relaxing massage. The price was adjusted after the massage therapist tried to get away with arguing that it was a different style😱

Massage was great! But never ever leave anything in the lockers! 1500aed mysteriously were missing from my wallet and even a police investigation couldn't bring light into this case as the cameras just show the reception area.

I like this gym. The facilities are good. It’s clean. But sadly they hiked the PayAsYouGo price from 85Dhs to 120dhs. It’s not on the Entertainer app. And truly, it’s facilities are not worth 120dhs a go. Membership is not feasible for me with travel and work commitments. Disappointed, I am unlikely to use the facility again.

Gym facilities are great, but the AC is always inoperative with temperature above 23C. Managment is aware but not really bothered fixing it for quite a bit. If you are fine with the sauna temperatures and odours, than this is the place to visit for your work out

The ambience and the massage transports you to a different place so peaceful, must go here again (my friend n I had booked the swedish massage). Was my first time, so finding the parking inside the hotel and infront of the spa can be a bit tricky if you don't find any staff around to ask where the spa is. Also was my first time to experience that the steam and sauna main entrance is outside the main entrance of the spa, coz of the gym I guessed. 😅 You'll experience it only if you go there. And the choice of beverage. ☕

one of my fav gyms in dubai, I go everyday for morning working out and morning swim its amazing. staff are very friendly. my only recommendation they should do the body analysis for free like other gyms

Fantastic place for a massage especially if you’ve got body pain or sore muscles. Very professional setup and an equally proficient team of employees. Special shoutout to Eldo who was my masseuse for the day. Kept me informed throughout and even gave me a few tips for my own benefit for care at home. Going back soon😊

Nice and relaxing fitness pool. lovely and friendly staff. Special appreciation to Yasmine Bayda, the best PT ever! She is professional, kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence, after few months I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.

Gym equipment is ok, it’s a bit old and some of it broken. But the main issue is how unbearably hot it is in there. Thankfully I do more weights than cardio, but I’m still exhausted far quicker due to the poor temperatures inside. They need to the fix the AC ASAP

My spa experience in this place was good. However, I stopped going to this spa, because I remember few years back, I lost 1k aed over there and I emailed them but I couldn't get any help from them. but I do remember there was an African lady staff who was going around the spa lounge, locker etc while I was fixing my things. so please beware. I couldn't believe that a 5 star hotel spa will ever have a thief staff.
