I was with 3 friends at the end of June 2022. The food is well prepared and there was something for every different country. Unfortunately there was no cutlery for dessert. For coffee only on paper. (The hotel has 5 stars) The animation team made a lot of effort and had something to offer the whole day. Especially for children. Unfortunately, in the evening you can hardly see the shows, there is no light. The beach and pools are with lifeguard and very clean. The kiosk and beach was given 5 stars by the staff, very nice and competent. A gift basket was given to the room and the cleanliness is good, only the rooms were made up at 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I recommend this hotel at the end of a trip through the Emirates for relaxation. I would also wish for more advertising or coupons for the massages. No prices were displayed on the blackboard

Can't give 5 stars to this place. It is clean, big rooms, good 5 star bathrooms. These are big plus. What is disadvantage? Buildings and corridors looks like it was designed to be a local community residential buildings and later was transferred into hotel. Elevators without mirrors, corridors without carpets, small swimming pools, small territory... It is absolutely good for family staycashion with kids. But I don't have kids, so it was boring for me. On another side, they have liquor store near the entrance, so you can add positive moments to your holidays.

After my stay I'm seriously wondering how this hotel managed to get 5 stars? It's a 3 star hotel at most compared to other accommodations in Dubai. Rooms are outdated and furniture seem 30 years old. Although we demanded for a baby cot through our booking in advance, there was no bed in the room ready upon arrival. Took roughly an hour till someone brought it. Food was more canteen style and nothing special. Curious was, that there was no uniform cutlery at the dinner tables. I saw at least 3 different types of forks. Everything seemed very sloppy. The worst part though, was the super loud music of the evening Programme right below our hotel room till way past 22.00. Our toddler had trouble falling asleep and had a disturbed sleep. As a child friendly hotel, please turn the volume a bit down as especially the smallest guests don't enjoy it. Only positive aspects: the beach and view. That's why I give it 3 stars. Unfortunately we won't come to this hotel in the future again.

Pros: the staff were kind and the location has a nice view of the ocean. My room was spacious and clean. Cons: the hotel is showing its age. It’s in need of a facelift. The dining experience was very disappointing. There was no social distancing or restrictions set in place. During breakfast the dining room was crowded, the coffee makers were all broken, and we could not find water or even cups. The food at the buffet was sad. If you get the “all inclusive” the poolside drinks don’t start till 11:00 and food is not included. There servers would not bring our drinks to us at the poolside. They told us we need to pick them up at the bar. This is a 2 star hotel at best. I won’t be going back.

Well, the location is one of the best. Beautiful views. The ocean is awesome. The rooms are relatively clean, but many ants were in the bedroom and leaving room. The balcony was not cleaned and left dirty. We had to clean it ourselves. There is no flexibility for late checkout, unfortunately. In the room where we were staying, the soundproof of the doors and windows is too weak. We struggled to have a peaceful night sleep since the hotel is located right at the driveway. The swimming pools and food were OK. Price wise, not cheap. Stay safe, everyone.

Let’s start for the good things! The beach is beautiful, staff is very friendly. The food is good but not in the buffet. It could be a great place, how ever it needs a lot of maintenance, furniture in rooms is stained, and many things seams pretty old and dirty. Beach towels are old and most of them are in very bad shape. I didn’t take more pictures but hotel desperately needs care. The beach next to the following hotel smells like poo, actually we saw a rat over that area.

They need to refurbish the entire resort cuz as of now doesn’t deserve to be 5 star Dinning experience was complete disaster food was cold. They have buffet but not much variety. They had area for pasta but it took them 30min while the restaurant was almost empty and the wasn’t even cook

Just awesome 😊😊 Lovely staff. Reception staff very accommodating. Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious. Stunning views. Staff provided extra bed for my daughters birthday for us and and a cake with happy birthday song for breakfast which was really nice. Balcony view of pool and beach is gorgeous. Waiting staff are extremely professional and so accommodating. Jet ski ride was fabulous fun. Pools are beautiful and clean. Golf and chess as well as splash pad and arcade kept kids busy. Lots of lovely picture shot areas. This was a lovely staycation for us and my daughter had a fabulous birthday. Lovely staff. So professional. Highly recommend 😊 Really enjoyed.

I hated this place!!!! 1 star is for the sea and private beach. The rest of this hotel is very bad! Dirty, Old all windows dirty! so unpleasant to seat at the restaurant terrace or swim at the pool and not being able to sea the view because of the laziness of the staff. Food is so basic. Ok for two days but for the week unbelievably boring! Towels at the beach 50 years old…. Umbrellas most of the time not possible to open because of the wind but in +35 how to stay on sun??? People trying to find shadow everywhere even on the kids play ground (the only showdown place! Why not to have this kind of cover elsewhere… hotel being chip! In the bar aria outside like at the trash garden… used ice cream cups and coffee cups in the bushes. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Hotel need to be renovated!!! In our room bidet shower was broken. I would not recommend to pay to stay in this place, you can do better!!!

We were here for a 2 night stay.The room was spacious with necessary amenities. Perfect spot to relax and spend time with family as it is away from the city and has a beach nearby which we can access from the resort and we can even spend time there at night enjoying the waves and cold weather.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. This is considered a "five star" hotel but it is a 2 star hotel at MAX. Old rooms that they claim to be renovated, lack of complimentary snacks, showers have the worst pressure, the TVs are laggy and they keep shutting off, air conditioning is very poor and noisy, staff are rude and unhelpful, extremely pricey, old furniture, and towels literally smell like rust, breakfast area is disturbing and tables are too old, mediocre, beach towels are a hundred years old.

My opinion it’s a good hotel building that lacks hospitality. It wasn’t easy at all to get a booking from the reception. Booked all inclusive and found that the bar is only open very limited hours a day, Pool bar closes 5:00 and no drinks after 10:00 pm in all the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t include any snacks or food just drinks.

This has to be one of the worst hotels - I would suggest closing and doing a complete refurb. It’s extremely old and dated, stains and generally dirty looking. Food is mediocre- keep away from the buffet! The lounge food was nice - but the whole hotel lacks customer service. Rubbish after a wedding had still not been cleared up by midday the following day - no attention to cleanliness at all. Forget their sustainability efforts. The hotel has the potential to be really nice, if management retained their staff and the whole place was refurbished.

Great place to spend a few days away from the busy city life. Every room has a good view of the sea that adds to the charm of the place. Multiple swimming pools are available, thereby avoiding overcrowding. Water sports activities are also available at a reasonable price. Buffet breakfast had a good spread of dishes. Seafood bucket at 'The Lounge' is worth a try, and the excellent service by Ms. Susu needs a special mention. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations.

We loved the wide range activities available, amazing pools and clean beach. The staff were amazing, the views were amazing and great choice of food. We also enjoyed their signature cocktails - amazing!

Had a quick mini staycation here. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They have an amazing facilities like jet skis, spa and nice swimming pools. I also left my charger in the room and the team delivered it to me right at my doorstep in Dubai. Five stars. Will definitely visit again.

The amenities make the place. Rooms and hallways are made for easy cleanup to accommodate pool and beach access. But, when you're here, you don't spend as much time in the room as outside. The food in the restaurants is really good.

Thank you for welcoming us and our dog Maya in your hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeter by your receptionist Jeff, who was very friendly, kind and professional. He truly made us feel special as soon as we arrived which got us even more excited for our vacation. The hotel offers a designated part of the beach to dogs and they also have their own little dog park with real grass. Breakfast was lovely, I'd just add more protein variety. Thank you again, we had a lovely time.

This is a great place to spend quality time with family. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. They have a variety of restaurants but we really enjoyed having dinner at The Lounge, where we had Ribeye Steak on a sizzling plate. Delicious! Nina and Melanie were very accommodating and attentive. They made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our food. The overall experience was the best and we will definitely come back here soon.

Amazing place for a short vacation by the beach. Walk up to the end of the rocky path to enjoy a unique view of the sea. Breakfast is great and overall the food is average, recommend trying the nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. Susan at the ice cream parlour is very sweet who helped us with every query and her recommendations were the best. She was our guide at the resort. Salman served us with a great smile and lots of courtesy, loved his service during breakfast at Breeze restaurant. Melanie and Nina at The Lounge was very sweet and courteous while serving.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Pool was clean. My only thing was during evening buffet they ran out of food and dessert, even though we were there at 8.30. food was tasty. Breakfast has good selection. Overall the experience was good.

We stayed with my little daughter in this hotel At the end of April 2022. It’s a simple, yet a very nice place. The territory is big and spacious. Several pools, a Long Beach, wave breakers which don’t allow big waves in. It’s definitely a nice place for a staycation. I would like to thank Ahmed for giving us a late check out, Mariam, who helped me to change the room which was initially given to us, and arranged a really good one for us demonstrating a real hospitality! Also Laura who did aqua aerobics in the pool: she is just great! Yet there are things to be improved: please introduce a good quality playground for kids! It’s really missing and the territory allows. Parents and kids will be happy!!! Kids club could be open till 8 p.m Terrace by the main restaurant should be cleaned better, as it really gets messy there. also furniture which is there. It’s dusty and has birds poo. Also these smoking people should not be allowed to smoke there. Service in the Lounge bar is a bit slow. We saw some very loud groups of people, behaving rude and disrespectful but the stuff wouldn’t stop them. Why?

There are good vibes everywhere in this property. The staff are accommodating and pleasant to help, the spread of the resort is nice and welcoming. The beachfront is just perfect. Placement of rooms and other amenities everything there. We visited during the hot season yet we were happy here. I’m sure during cooler climes it will be fantastic. Spa, Jacuzzi, Buffet Hall spread, water sport activities. All were as expected. You will not be disappointed. Not many restaurants in the outside vicinity so it’s advisable to make lunch and dinner inclusive. Entertainer works well to reduce costs too. Overall full marks. Shisha needs to be improved upon. That was a disappointment.

The hotel is located next to the most comfortable sandy beach. You can watch the children on the shore while swimming. A lot of very tasty food: chicken, red meat, fish, pretty desserts every day. I liked the friendly service, the waiter Radik brought us drinks himself, and asked about the holiday every day with a smile. We hope to come here again!

We had the best experience though it was a busy time. We still enjoyed our time privately in our own way. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Food was good, service was good. Lots of activities are available for kids. A special mention to Ms Ann from Kodomo kids club for making my daughter feel at home. My daughter wanted to go back there almost every time .

A bitter experience. This is far from any Radisson Blue hotel. The management should be changed completely. Rooms and outside is dirty and not maintained. Food simply disgusting. We left one day earlier than planned for our staycation. I highly DO NOT SUGGEST this place. Very far from any western standards.

Looked to unwind after a long week and what an experience !!! Was one to be cherished from the spacious suites to the delicious buffets and the nice pools with and extensive and super quiet gym to workout some turndowns were there like the jacuzzi not working and the gym.eleptical machine broken down but otherwise a memorable moment would definitely recommend for a short stay of not more than a day or two overall a pretty old property

Good resort to have a weekend getaway. Food is good & is rooms are nice will all rooms having beach view. Resort also has its own private beach & watersports activities can also be done. Kids will also have fun in kids pool.

Fantastic property! Good to visit and have a well deserved break from routine office life. The rooms are great for a short stay ( 2 to 3 days).. extra bed is provided on demand (With additional cost) Food (breakfast and dinner) were provided in half board package and I should mention that it was fabulous. Beach towel cards are provided and need to return prior to check out. Lost of each card calls for a fine of AED 100. Pool is spacious and well cleaned. The beach is closed by 6.30pm and no life guard is available. Last but not the least, valet parking is available and all the staff are very supportive, cheerful except my experience in the reception, which was informed to the property.

The room is well clean and I have received a birthday cake from hotel as a gift 😍 I like the location of hotel, I liked much the sea and the partial mountain view from room’s balcony. Amazing resort destination with super kind stuff! They have many rooms, 3 huge pools, games for kids and more relaxed area for adults. I was there for the beach and I loved their bed and umbrellas well distanced one from the other. The entry was 150 dirham per person. With this price you can use the full facility including spa and changing room. The sand and the water of the sea are very clean. There is a scuba dive nearby and a very convenient liquor store.

Amazing resort. Neat and clean pools. Staffs are very friendly. Engaging for both kids and adults. We planned for one night stay but extended one more day because we loved it. Beach area is very neat. Kids got kids club activities. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Room service was excellent. We had the most wonderful stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was flawless. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed. Had good quality sleep there. This is a place to find peace and leave time at the door. The surroundings are magical. From the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. I was resting at this hotel for the first time. Very clean and spacious rooms, beautiful beach with courteous and professional staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Mahmoud. He is a polite and helpful guy. Delicious cuisine, friendly waiters. Sufficiently varied food. It lacks a little animation program, so the hotel is more suitable for a calm and quiet stay. Overall it was an awesome weekend stay.. We had lot of fun at the personalised beach, had 4 swimming pools 2 for adults and 2 for children. Food options were good. It was worth the price

One of the most beautiful resorts indeed! It has all facilities and the stuff (parking, reception, house keeping) is very cooperative, respectful and professional. It was our second time visiting this resort and will come again insha Allah. Highly highly recommended!

The overall experience were good. The front desk, parking staff and house keeping were kind and friendly. It doesn't have much food options inside the hotel (a bar lounge, buffet restaurant and Indian restaurant). The Indian restaurant there was great, everything else was average. I don't like the towel card system, the towel hut is at the far end of beach, which made getting and returning towels a major hassle.

It was wonderful. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was from 7am till 10:30am and has many delicious choices with live station. The staff are friendly. My son got a complementary cake for his birthday.

And the management seems ignoring maintenance or renewal of the hotel. This message is for the manager, Floors are becoming black your staff should use chemicals! Use flash! The furniture and paint is old. Curtains are dirty. Windows and cupboards are dirty and greasy. Bathrooms are old. Maintenance is a persistent need. And please provide smart TVs. And the main thing! Rooms are full of mosquitoes. You can’t imagine the amount of mosquitoes and flies. This is either due to plantation outside (can be controlled bu pesticides) or due to contaminated water in old bathrooms (if so this is a big problem!). I was suffering all the night. You easily can manage this issue. I used to give 5 stars always. But this time only 4 because i like this hotel. If someone else, he will give 1 Dear manager of the hotel. Please read this review. And do a action. Because i want to come back again!

The most amazing girls one day trip! The staff is top notch, super nice and welcoming! They gave us this beautiful room with the sea view and made sure all our requests were accommodated. Such a calm and nice experience. Me and my friends will for sure come back. From the receptionists, to the waiters to the guest services, everyone was perfect!

Superb hotel! It has all the stuff of good things! Family friendly, member rates, kids play zone and kids club, so many swimming pools, beachfront activities, pub next door.. The list is endless. This was our first stay with them in the villas for our family. Was amazing and next door to the kids club. Also, closer to the adults pool. We had good fun feeding fish by the rocks..

Superb location. All rooms are great and facing the ocean. Pools are awesome. Breakfast is good but can be better, needs more variety. All staff are nice and greeting. Make sure to sign up for members discount on their website before booking. We will definitely be visiting again.

Standard room is pretty spacey and the bathroom too, it has balcony with a nice pool and ocean view. The beach is clean with clear waters and they have a lot of pools to choose from. The rates in their SPA are affordable. They also have a nice game room with 1 of each billiard table, tennis table, table soccer and video arcades, my son loved to play there. The staff from the reception are also nice and accommodating, the staff in their spa especially on the reception has returned my sports watch the next day after I unconsciously left it, the staff in their buffet restaurant are also nice people and make sure to check on you from time to time even on a busy hours. They let us an early check-in and late check-out which is very considerate of them considering that we went there in public holidays. Their place is huge that you know they have a lot of guests but you won't feel very crowded. They have ample of pool and beach loungers enough for the guests. My family had a relaxing stay there. Meanwhile on the downside, The food (meal courses) in their buffet are of limited choices but it's quite okay, i think they just need to improve it. They have to include more varieties of meat. But probably because the rate is also affordable. Cleanliness of the room also has to improve especially the faucet on the sink has a scales on it. it's actually gross.

The pools the beach are wonderful. 👍👍👍 However a bit fine tuning in terms of service would be good. We were pointed out to go figure out ourselves when asked for directions. The poolside waiter/bartender was super friendly. ( Plz Radisson give them some outdoor coolers or fans its too hot out there during summer.)

Something is very off with this hotel. Firstly they got our booking messed and reception aren’t well trained to handle it. And in the end found out whoever handled the booking inside the hotel messed it. The water kettle was very dirty had to request for a replacement. I wonder what else isn’t clean. We really regret taking all inclusive. The breeze restaurant is awful. Not worth it at all. Asking for a complimentary water is painful. They aren’t willing to give more than 2 bottles. Haven’t ever faced this before in any hotel in uae including our previous stay in the same hotel 5 years. Sounds like management wants to save every penny dropping every quality. Room quality is average especially shower, clogged basin, etc. This doesn’t feel like Radisson.

We booked for 2 days to have fun and a relaxing holiday and to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately our 1st night was uncomfortable, the room was so hot, the bathroom leaked even the shower area is closed. The hotel is old and also the amenities. The place was dusty even the curtains, I can tell because I have allergies . We had the same set of breakfast for 2 days and the food was so-so. We drove 2hrs from abu dhabi. I should have read the review first (they don't lie) before booking.

The rooms were nice and spacious, but hot water was a slight challenge. The cleaning attendant Shahadat was really great. Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

Pets are allowed, big plus. Stuff was welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness is good. We couldn’t swim much on beach as it was wavy. But spent great time by playing volleyball, resting etc. It’s nice place and if you want to take your dogs with you then it’s for you. As everywhere, there is also dedicated area to swim for people on the beach. If you have dogs then it is separate and only one person who is holding them can swim there. Rest of the family needs to go to dedicated are for people. Also, dogs are not allowed in area where sun beds are located. But still, it’s big open are on beach just next to the area where we can swim. Can’t say anything about hotel food as we ate in local restaurants outside.

Worst service I ever experienced, not as close to a 3 star hotel in Europe. Security at the gate is disrespectful, staff are lazy, rooms are old and nothing functions as expected and everyone is lazy and doesn’t want to help or make things easier for you to enjoy your vacation. Not recommended at all, you’re better off spending your night in a camp tent by the beach.

Wonderful stuff! I enjoy my short vacation. Cleaning is good. Dining area not that big so such a category of the hotel, but food was always tasty and like home made. The majority are Russians. Close to the hotel (10-15 minutes walk) there is a fruit market.

At this hotel, we were initially met by a very smiling reception, we were well fed and served drinks. The rooms are great. And the view is just gorgeous. The location of the hotel is just great Melanie, thank you, very good service in the lounge!!!!!
