Old place, rooms facilities bad. For 2 bedroom chalet only one toilet. Bad smell from toilet and kitchen. The price in this facility is high compared with other hotels. Need to do maintenance for everything. TV not working for 3 days, 7 technicians came and they didn't fix it. Not recommended, at the same price you pay can stay in other hotels much better. The pictures on the website are amazing but when you reach there are different. It was the first time for us and will be the last in this hotel. Thanks.

If you are looking for quiet place to relax then this is very good option. It is nested in hills with amazing beach. We took chalet with two rooms which were nicely maintained. Our room was closed to beach with view from our lounge. You can take your car near your room which is convenient. Lifeguard at pool as well as beach are friendly and cooperative. They arrange the grill if you bring your meat and charcoal for BBQ which is added fun. Dibba city is just 5 minutes drive from here. Beach is sandy, well maintained with crystal clear water. They dont have gym, kids club and Spa but the prices are lower compared to other 5 star facilities as well.

A very cozy place, nothing majorly fancy but super laid back environment, good beach, has a dive center, very close to dibba rock so u can be rest assured of a good snorkeling or diving experience. Food is pretty good as well, Plus there are areas where you can do your own barbecue.

Great experience! This is a lovely quiet stay at the sea. Great rooms - AMAZING staff. You can have a quiet bbq and enjoy the ocean. This is a great place to escape the city, go snorkelling or even scuba diving

What a lovely find! Stayed during Eid. This place was perfect for what we needed - private beach, quiet, food was good, nice cold beers! The best thing - the staff! So friendly, could not do enough for you - from housekeeping, to restaurant, to bar staff, to security and lifeguards. Big shout out for lovely Johnny in the restaurant- what a wonderful guy. Highly recommend

It was our first time to stay at Holiday Beach Resort as a family. We usually stay around in a different hotel and want to try it for a change. I am glad that we did because the room is so comfortable and the staff is really helpful and professional. Wajd from reception is amazing as he remembered me from my previous stays from other hotels. Great job and well done.

It is very cosy and calm place to stay over the weekend or longer with your family and friends, relaxing at the beach with magnificent views of mountains and open sea view or having evening conversations around barbecue fire. Nice territory, convenient bedrooms and the villas themselves are really nice.

We travelled as a group of friend and were really happy with the service and specially the staffs. They are so kind Saifuddin from reservation who helped us to give info. regarding our reservation. Hats off to Yashwant and San Min from restaurant who treated us like a family Excellent service.. Housekeeping were on top regarding services Especial mention to Kyaw Myo Thu who always kept a smile on his face. Thank you reception team Wajidi and Khup Sian you guys are Great!! Very good hotel for a one night stay. Perfect view for sun rise. Food was little expensive but good. Coffee was very good. I recommend this hotel.

October 2022 2BR Chalet - cute quiet place - the moment you step in you realize how old the place is but it is very well-maintained - clean enough to be ok honestly nothing off - split AC units in chalets, a bit noisy at night but efficient and cool well - clean pool - beach is not very sandy and is a bit rough - view from the chalets is ok trees in the sightline - the restaurant is a bit pricey - you can order food from talabat - you can do barbecue - overall: the place needs a bit of renovation, it has a lot of potential to be released, so many ideas and very simple touches can lift up the whole experience

It was super friendly and great. Everything that we needed we could easily get by asking for it staff. Location is good, calm, good quality of internet

Clean and well maintained resort. I would be for sure planning to visit again . We felt that we were never away from home. Had a Great time indeed. Sea view was awesome. All staff were very nice and helpful.

Renovation for a old hotel done perfect. New furniture, new looking room. Hotel it's a much quiet...no loud noise, kids are happy. Have a BBQ area, clean pool, nice swings , green grass....stone and sandy beach. What's need more for happy weekend?!. Special thanks for Mr. Wajdi and Ms. Jovy....I will come back again 💜

Nice individual cottages to spend with family. It has a beautiful private beach. Temperature wasn't maintained in pools when we visited. Food in the restaurant is costly. Room maintenance wasn't proper and we have to rectify the issue of muddy water in the toilet taps after checking in.

Very close to the beach, the beach is amazing, the restaurant service is not good, but food is good. Rooms are good for family, but the only major problem is there one path room only in each chalet !

Nice and quiet, buildings are old but the chalet is clean and very close to the beach. suitable for families and couples, especially that there is a barbecue are next to the chalet.

This is a good place to go to and relax away from the city. We rented a 2 bedroom villa, sea view, which was wonderful! The hotel provided us with a bbq stand which came very handy. The place is comfortable and has a lovely view. The only thing is it has only 1 bathroom for a 2-bedroom villa, which floods each time you shower. They could have added another toilet. The electrical plugs in the whole apartment are limited and not properly thought of. It has a beautiful massive kitchen where they could have easily put a proper oven. There is only 1 socket, so we had to alternate the microwave and hot pot plug constantly which was a bit of a nuisance. Nevertheless, we had a great stay. The staff were very accomodating especially the life guards. I hope they will maintain this level of service also during the busy season. This is a great place for family, especially with small children. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back here again. Thank to all the staff who looked after us very well during the duration of our stay!
