Great place to shop while in the area, however the staff have no idea what a green checkout counter is, and why are we trying to decrease single use plastic! Lulu should start educating their staff on initiatives they launch!

Good shopping option in fujairah. All in One. There are very less such shopping option in this area.

It’s a nice and clean hypermarket with a great variety of items, especially food, diary and drinks, and cheap prices along with other shopping options and a food corner there. Yet once visited on August 2022, the food corner had no chairs to sit and eat, not even few by it, so we had to eat the food bought from there in the car later after we got out and bought many things from the hypermarket. Well enough though we were able to buy many necessities from the hypermarket and the products were managed well.

Good shopping option if you are staying in resorts in Dibbba. You will find everything you need.

We go lulu hypermarket dibba fujairah branch to buy badminton... But we really upset because of the service and the quality of the product we buy. First we choose to buy badminton set. We double check the price it showing the right price is indicate in display section of the badminton. When we go counter to pay, no cashiers in the counter. Then a guy name albert go in the counter to assist us . When he punch the product inthe POS it showing different price vs the real price in display section of the product. So we explain to him the price is different in the display area of the product. And one guy coming to help us what our complan but he cannot explain why the price is different. (the staff is lack of knowledge about the product and price) its not busy in depertment store but why they cnnot update the price in the system and the actual price. So upset and one girl ne cindy (she is the cashier) she dont know what happening she is cashier but she cant smile or greet us. And the way she look at me was very embarrassing.
