Quality comes vth brand name. Tried the caramel Carrot cake and Pistachio milk cake. The latter one was so yummy. The latte, as usual was awesome. The location is at the center of one of the active areas in Abu Dhabi city. The seating is pretty good. However, they did not give us the access to the seating at upstairs. Nice place to do business meetings and some work out of office, in case you need some change.

Extremely bad service provided by there staff i think one is store manager binu and one is supervisor munjeela i come with my family almost everyday i ask them about sendwiches and drink and my bill is total 72dirham but she take 172 dirham from my account when i ask her about this there manager start threading me and and farce me to take cup or she will not give my money back anyhow very bad exprience i will never going back on this branch again

It's a big store with loads of space, service is quick and fast as usual . The frozen chocolate and the Nutella donuts are a must try . The place offers free WiFi too

Don’t wear gloves for my eyes. Same person takes the order, payment, touching banknotes, using cashier, touching counter, handles, everywhere and then prepares my sandwich. Touching bread, putting ingredients by hand while same gloves on! Please, pay some attention. Shouldn’t be hard.

It's always fun to go back to the real house of good coffee, Tim Hortons. Coffee is always great. I had my bagel sandwich with egg and sausage patty. The sandwich is a bit boring to be honest. The store is clean ang big. Staff are ok to deal with.

Delicious donuts and amazing coffees, lovely ambiance, donuts are fresh , soft and tasty , French vanilla and Boston cream are my favorite, definitely will visit again

Donuts are no doubt, very good. Their coffee and other drinks like french vanilla is also good. Nothing to go wrong there. But their Lotus biscoff shake , which is new in the menu, is totally sub standard. If they are charging AED 20 for this shake, they must definitely look into improving it's quality. Not worth the money. Disappointed. Staff and atmosphere is good.

Grilled Turkey panini with cookie and cream shake! If u wanna hang out with friends and family and you have couple of more hours to spare, this is a good place. The vibe and the atmosphere is okay Prices are in a bit expensive side I would say. Prices in the board aren't with VAT, They'll include after they finalize the bill Overall it was a great experience!

Problem of Tim Horton is that its coffee is not strong!!! Not to mention the already high coffee price. They are a bit greedy and offer strong coffee only with 5 dhm paying extra. It’s coffee, it is supposed to be strong by standard. Please do check the nice strong-ness of any Costa Coffee to get an idea. Tims coffee is tasteful and flavorful but it is not even stronger than a cup of karak tea.

The staff refused to take my order at 11 saying the shop is closed, I checked the shop closing time and it says it 11:30, am a customer to the same branch for the past 5 years and this was really disappointing and I really understand a restaurant requires couple of hours for cleaning and closing so pls revise your shop timings accordingly, and the staff was really rude towards me when i walk in during their published working hours. Really disappointed with this branch and never ever going back there and not recommending any one.

The place is cool, we had sandwiches which were good but not very good, coffee was good too, service is their missing piece, the guy at the cashier was not helpful, he did not offer drinks options and was very rude.

There’s no standard on coffee preparation. The spanish latte taste varies from time to time depending on the baristas preparing it. Now the one prepared is too much sweet, you can’t even taste the espresso.

I loved the ambience of the cafe and tims shruti was very jolly she was smiling all the time while taking the order and the service of the staff was also very nice 😀

The staff is very rude. They don't know humanity of treating people. The staff person ( BAHAA) he behaves very rude if I ask for coffee he never reply for what I ask after long time he replied with bad attitude. better to replace him. I feel very bad about the service of Tim Hortons. Feels never gonna visit again for this branch

I'm not sure was that racism or what but they asked us out at 10:30 PM telling us that they're closing, even though it shows in the map that it closes 11:30. And what's way more suspicious, is that they came only to our table telling us that leaving everybody else. I've been to so many coffee shops in, the UAE. I usually explore a new coffee shop every week and this was the first time I experience such level of rudeness

Very good caramel-apple crumble muffin. Good cold foam cold brewed coffee...I had to request more foam. Basic furnished interior and very plain upstairs seating area.

I ate the best grilled cheese and drank the best coffee with the closest person to me. I would say, I spent my best time in Tim Hortons, and I'll come back again ISA to be with the same person.

It's your usual Tim Hortons. Parking might be a bit of an issue but there's a guy standing outside with a board so you can order a takeaway if you'd like. I forget his name but he's from Nepal and he was very kind and sweet and service was incredibly quick.

I don't recommend going to this branch, it's late cold and the cheese isn't even melted properly.

Food is great. Service is good but the cleanliness - the store is not clean no one is cleaning tables, there is wet tissues on the floor maybe from spilled coffee

There were only 2 customers at the time we ordered. The cashier told us to sit and wait for our order. After around 15 minutes, we noticed that orders are coming for other customers. I decided to to go to the cashier and check. After seeing me, she told me that she forgot my order. Unacceptable! And the guy who prepared our sandwich looks like he had a bad morning. Didn’t know which sandwich is which. He opened the sandwich again to check.

I love this place. I come and enjoy the beverages and food all the time.

I always get my coffee and breakfast in this branch almost every weekend and it’s always Biniti who serves me. She’s very accommodating and always serves with a smile and always interact very well with diners. This morning these was a delay due to multiple orders but she handled it very well even if she’s the only person there at the moment. She apologized for the delay and did her best to juggle multiple things at once. Worth commending.

My best place every Saturday with friends. There staff are very hospitable and the restaurant is clean. With cool music. A friendly environment with nice snacks😁

The location is easy to find. The crew are very helpful in choosing what drinks you should get. But what I like most is that it is laptop friendly because you can plug your gadgets here. Very convenient place for me as an online worker. Also, not a crowded place. However, the stairs going to the toilet is dim. I wish they switch on the lights to avoid accident especially when you have kids with you.

Very good ambience and vibe. Sandwiches very tasty but the vanilla coffee was so good that I had two while cups. Overall very nice and decent place to come and relax and let go for the busy normal work stress.

Lovely place for coffee and a bite. Whether you go alone or for a colleague or with family, the place and menu is awsome. Staff is courteous and gracious and service is quick. Place is extremely clean and decore has a positive vibe. Taste of coffee, donuts, sandwiches, etc. is really yummy. I have been coming here for years now and my family and i have always had wonderful time here ! 👍🏻

They quickly solved the mishaps of the delivery rider. Kudos to the team behind it. Especially to Miss Mimu / Minu.
