Owner of hospital Dr Mukelesh Gupta is a very arrogant, rude and irresponsible person. Medical facilities are poor but charges of service are very high. My experience with hospital is very bad. They don't deserve even a single star...

I am sure that all the good reviews are given by known person. Here the lab test rate is 2 times than other labs and medical store staff(anup kumar tripathi) is very rude and stupid. Avoid this hospital as much as possible, because this is an honest review.

I visited udyan hospital due to Stomach pain because of indigestion. Dr muklesh gupta was on leave so receptionist advised me to consult the junior doctor available there.Due to emergency I visited him.He questioned various questions regarding health but I patiently replied. He prescribed me few medicines. But I was surprised why his name was not mentioned in prescription format neither his degree. On asking receptionist they replied very rudely. Though junior doctor (so called) was very polite. It means they can't display his name because he is not authorized. I have paid 500 rs but I hv no right to know his degree or name in writing.His name was Mr Dinesh Chauhan. Be alert about your rights. Why can't I get his name and degree in writing if iam paying the same amout of consultation fee.

Few things i want to share about my experience ●About Mam. I have visited many Doctors before and having good touch with Others as well but Meeting Mam for first time when i was really worried because my wife was Pre-Diabetic and due to other doctors suggestions we were panic,We made our best decision to Visit Udyaan Hospital and after Meeting Tanusree Mam and Mukulesh Sir we got relaxed and things started getting better and finally on 2nd October i've become father of a Healthy Boy with Healthy Mother . ●FIRST MEET EXPERIENCE On first meet i felt one thing that i am waiting from long time not getting my number to meet but NOW I KNOW WHY I HAVE TO WAIT because Mam is taking care of every single MOTHER its not only me who is there.She is working whole day doing operations and OPDs thats not ease. So When my Wife entered in Mam's Cabin Mam started listening to problem and also guided a better way to be relax because Mam knew she can handle it. ● Staff and Others Junior Doctor Dr.Shivani Ji,Dr.Monika ji is humble and working their job in best possible way.Nurse Sarita was so helping Post Delivery.Thanks to Nurse Vibha and Deepali ji as well. Staff really take care of Hygiene and Cleanliness. I never felt like i am in Hospital Post Delivery Got discarged on 5th Oct. So much Thanks to every one who helped us. Writing this much is not enough.I still have to lot to say. This Hospital is best Gynae Hospital in Lucknow 10 Stars for Hospital :)
