It was an amazing experience with Tanishq.Floor Manager - Dilip was so supportive and guided me properly regarding all my concerns.You'll get all sort of designs there heavy light.. everything..And in case you have any specific design in your mind they will make it for U..Also lots of beneficial schemes are there for long run.

I’m feeling cheated today at Tanishq, Phoenix Palassio branch. I’m a regular customer of Tanishq, but this time my trust in Tanishq is broken. They cheated me by hiding information, which caused me a loss of a few thousand rupees. More than the financial loss, it’s unfortunate that due to their bad business practices, I have now lost complete trust in the brand owned by the Tata Group. I'm extremely disappointed and would suggest every customer to double-check before paying your hard-earned money to these frauds. They may deceive you by saying something else while applying something completely different with some silly excuses. I have decided not to buy anything more from Tanishq. I will also never recommend anyone to trust them or be very careful if planning to buy anything from them. Today, Tanishq lost a few loyal customers just because of malpractice by their salespersons. I’m working as a senior manager for the World Bank Group, and my wife is working for the Tata Group. We were not expecting such fraudulent behavior from Tanishq. Shameful! 😢

Pathetic customer service by Tanshiq Plassio Mall executives like Shweta Tiwari and Monika. They will never follow up and resolve your issues. Better purchase from other brands like Malabar or Kalyan who are selling gold at much lower prices than Tanshiq. I think now Tanshiq has became too big brand to care for its loyal customers

This store of Tanishq is on the ground floor of Phoenix Palassio Mall in Gomti Nagar. The staff here is very welcoming and supportive. They understand the requirements of the customer very well and try to get the best possible product. We were addressed by Monika who was very welcoming and supportive and got our request and delivered perfectly well. The sales and service team both are very professional. The jewellery here are very nice and a lot of modern as well as traditional and antique designs are available.

We’ve been to Tanishq located in Phoenix Palassio mall for wedding shopping. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a Diamond necklace but ☺️ I did. All hail to the staff, a lady who was never tired of showing and helping me try and another rep named Sachidanand who was extremely patient, professional and funny did everything to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Courteous staff. Amazing ambience. No judgement to any customer around (most important aspect to me). We ended up purchasing a chunk that day.

I called in around 8 to check if the store was open and I reached there by 8.30 at the store. I was already told store closes by 9 but when we were making selections, none of them rushed us through. The entire staff was polite enough to stay back till we close and serve us exactly the way they would at day beginning. Loved their attitude. I was helped by Ms. Kanika and she helped us throughout making the best selections and guiding us through the offers.
