Had an amazing experience at Carat Lane, Hazratganj purchasing trendy as well as elaborate jewellery. The designs and variety is amazing and offers a wide price range suiting every budget. Lots and lots of variety of earrings, chains, rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and what not! Excellent place if you're looking for unconventional designs across budget. Also they have great BABY JEWELLERY collection. Special thanks to SHIVAM SHARMA for being so patient and smiling while assisting us happily through the purchase. Best part is he did not look judgemental when we changed our budget midway and still asked for some high end pieces to check out. He was absolutely fine with it and handled us with great care. Have to mention that the ambience of the showroom is so calm and positive with sober lighting and well spaced seating. The jewellery display counters are also well categorized and spread throughout for people to walk around each counter freely. It made the shopping experience even more delightful. My 4 month old baby had a gala time there because of pleasant lighting and no noise. Cheers to the team behind the setup.

Best place for buying designer platinum jewellery... and good thing is that you find stylish jewellery at reasonable prices and easy 30 day return facility.. Behaviour of staff is too good..

Day 1- staff extremely polite Day 2- they become more polite and behave you as you belong to their family Day 10- you figure out some defects in the product. Day 11- they receive the product and will send it for quality inspection. Day 40- you receive the product. Day 45- you will feel the similar defect in the product. Day 46- again they will collect for quality inspection and repair work. This will get continued. And you will be using it for at max 3 months in a year, or you will end up putting the jewellery in the locker. I will highly recommend not to buy from anything from CaratLane.
