I have almost been a regular patient in Chandraprabha eye hospital ever since I've started wearing glasses and I have never had any problem throughout all the processes. But today, as I went there, I found a glass-wearing male receptionist very rude. He has insulted me and my mom infront of other patients, for which I came back without consulting the doctors, although my checkup was really important. I have never been humiliated in public in such way by someone I don't know. The hospital should choose their receptionist with much care because they are the first person we meet after entering your hospital. They represent you.

Good hospital. I found it repeatably good since I had to keep a visit to eye hospitals because of my retinal problems. Everything was ok expect the doctor who saw me this time. I totally don't remember his name as such but he advised me an retinal injection and on asking him back, he literally had bounced me back with his loud voice stating "Ami ki ene bohi asu neki eiat". I mean not a single time my doctor in Bangalore had treated me this way. This responses from a doctor would disturb the repo of entire hospital.

Not satisfied at all👎 complete waste of money & time... After couple of hours of waiting... they took pics of your eye again wait & wait...atlast the Dr told me that my eye is normal, it's just a thought of mind... It's ridiculous there... Even visiting an eye Dr. Chamber is better than going there & wasting the whole day... Not only me.... My mother had also faced the same hardships.... Disgusting 👎👎👎👎

Very bad faculty and hospitality. Very bad treatment or operation only money waste, i wasted 32k on an operation which did not cure the eye.. They are amature doctors don't know anything about eye. Only for money they are doing nonsense things to the patients and looting the money. When asked for help they refuse to do so. And the counsellor is rude as hell. They don't know what they're doing.. I don't recommend you guys to visit that hospital. Only money waste and risking the patients life instead of diagnosis, they're ruining the patients body part.

They just want to make money regardless of the patient's situation. My father was there for getting his glasses number improvised, but they were so much focused on operation that they didn't even mentioned anything about glasses and stuff. They should say the patient clearly that you have to take a test, after that we can say that you will require an operation or not. They just said go and do this test and after that they just insisted on operation, like what if the patient is not ready financially, mentally. You should talk to the patient first, as the main decision lies in their hands. Overall it is a very good hospital.

Myself Sumit Das from Lumding (Hojai Dist, Assam). I shall recommend this hospital everyone. This hospital is the proud for not only Jorhatians but also proud for ujoni Assom & entire Assam. Lasic laser service should again be resumed for the patients of upper Assam seeking for Lasic Laser treatment.

Worst behaviour of the stuff member. They don't like to hear, thy just speak the matter out. They give no proper explanation at the start.but try to forcefully put their points and act as if they are only right. Misbehaviour at top notch. I will never refer anyone to this hospital ever again. We have the right to do double-check. Accounts dept officer behaviour is disgusting intolerable

Overall good arrangements for patients but the behaviour of the receptionist was very rude.

"Chandraprava eye hospital" is One of the best eye hospital in the jorhat .

I have some bad experience here: In 2014 we took our mother to this hospital for eye treatment. After conducting several tests, the hospital authority said that one of her eyes was already damaged and the other would also be damaged soon (within 2/3 months) if the surgery was not done very soon. At that time we got very scared and reached Nepal for better treatment. The doctor at Nepal Mechi Eye Hospital said that the patient has glaucoma problem in one eye and the other is fine. Then they prescribed a few medicines for one month. And till date (2021), my mother's eyes are fine (she has lost a little vision due to cataract)

Very good indeed,they are organised, systematic,the owner is Dr Narayan Bordoli,one of the best eye surgeons of North Eastern India,his new technology of eye cataract surgery is the most advanced,more over Chandra prova eye hospitals have retina specialists, Glaucoma and a branch to correct refractive powers,even people from abroad like Afganistan came for surgery

First visited in this hospital I found very Worst experience..no response at all.after waiting for hours.

Very neat and clean hospital. Doctors are professional and equipments are of latest technology.

I am highly obliged and thankful to all the Doctors in Chandraprabha Eye Hospital, with so much patience and dedication they treat a patient. For my eye checkup, I preferred this eye hospital since first time I went there in class 9 and still today after 12th. All the team and Doctors are so respectful and they take care of their patients, well- trained and highly educated.I have no words to express my views . The hospital is so hygienic and clean.Thanks to all the team and doctors!!😊
