    Pretty bad and unresponsive customer service. Never again. I bought a product online but never got a delivery date so I had to cancel my order. I regret to not have seen these reviews before buying something from them.

    Extremely bad service and cannot be trusted!!! I did not get my order after almost 2 weeks. Moreover, the guy from Expert Diemen hung up the phone. Dat is echt dom en asociaal!!!!

    Wait for my order for almost 11 days then when I Called the shop at Diemen and it’s really really to bad service there and the way how is the man answer me there wasn’t good ( he say to me it’s Phillips problem doesn’t delivery the coffee machine to the shop yet and if I want cancel the order and got my money back or I have to wait ) You can imagine that. He send me email about the delivery information said that Delivery in one working days then I wait till now 11 days and when I complain . This is was the answer . Why you didn’t say that from beginning then I was buy from another place This is the first time and the last time I buy any thing from Expert

    All your electric gadgets can be bought here. The store owner ( an elderly gentleman) is friendly, warm and welcoming. Besides he knows his stuff and gives you good advice.

    I’ve ordered a product online because I needed it in short time, and the website was showing that the product would be ready to pick up at the store next day, but unfortunately that was not the case. When I’ve contacted customer service about this, they answered in a quite unfriendly way, informing that the product would be delivered almost a week later than the date indicated by their website. I’ve cancelled the order, and I don’t think I will order anything online here again.

    Very friendly and attentive service. From my experience on-phone and in-person, I’ve felt very welcomed. You can recycle electronic waste, such as printer cartridges, small appliances, batteries, and light bulbs here!

    Online order: I had ordered an heater and PostNL had indicated it had been delivered. I was not at home at the time and the package must have been left outside :-( The Expert team made a complaint at PostNL but PostNL did not take responsibility. Expert gave me a full refund. Given duration of the complaint I had ordered the heater elsewhere, but will surely order at Expert again.

    ever since they sold me a fake samsung galaxy battery, i avoid these guys. only time u should buy here, is when bcc, mediamarkt or coolblue are closed or dont have the item you want in stock.
