Good place to be fit

Latvian muay-thai championship takes place here each year. Small but nice sports venue.

Gym with a nice trainer

Great spa experience for a very friendly price- 3 different soundas (Turkish, Swedish and Latvian traditional), Jazuzii and a nice swimming pool, all clean and well organized, great lounge area. Yet did not try ay fresh juice but the prices were appealing (starting from 2 euros/glass).

Staff is friendly, both the gym and the showers are kept tidy. Simply put a nice place work out. Perhaps the monthly subscription is a bit pricey, but it's not crowded so... you decide! 😁

The available training equiprment is in good shape. Clean towels are provided for each visit. The price might be a bit above average in my opinion, but it is worth it.
