Worst customer service I've seen in years. Confirms a prepaid order, announces 50 min wait time, calls in 30 min to say that it's one hour till the order is ready. When they realize that they actually made a mistake with the order, freaks out, becomes rude, asks me to pay for their mistake extra or cancel the order. If you're in for a journe to a bad customer service that makes mistakes and tries to make a customer responsible - Satori is a safe bet. If you're hungry and want your food sometime soon, there are other nice places in Daugavpils that value their customers.

Probably the best nigiri in Latgalia. Rolls with eel were very nice too. If you want to go for sushi you need to go Satori. Forget other places in Daugavpils. Satori offer excellent food and authentic atmosphere from food presentation to sushi chefs, dressed appropriately for the sushi make. They make it in front of you behind the counter as it is suppose to be done. It is a ritual and it is observed in Satori.

Everything is extremely tasty, gorgeous tomato soup, tasty noodles with chicken, fresh tuna, excellent salmon, well-made and most importantly very fresh sashimi and sushi, beautiful presentation. We made an order and ate on the spot; the restaurant has a laconic interior, pleasant music and friendly service. Highly recommended when visiting Daugavpils!

Possibly the best sushi in entire Latvia! I have been coming to eat here almost every time visiting Daugavpils from Riga since I discovered the place and it always fails to disappoint! I’m extremely surprised to see bad reviews, the only logical explanation is that some evil competitors try to destroy your good reputation. The menu is large, prices are acceptable. Wide variety of different vegan and vegetarian options, too. Everything is super delicious and the place itself is super cozy and nice. I wish I could come here more often! Keep up the great job!

Freshest tastiest raw fish I’ve had in Latvia thus far. Was advised to go here because it was the very first Japanese restaurant in Daugavpils, very good. Seaweed salad is exactly right. The avocado wasn’t fully ripe yet, but in October in Latvia, so that’s just how it’s going to be.

From the presentation to the taste, every little thing of a meal can be an art, and that was certainly the case with the meal I had every time when I was sitting and waiting of cooks food. When the plate arrived, it is always so great with color and aroma. On the first time eating I did not expect such a food and also unusual. The meat was so tender and the vegetables had a flavorful smokiness from cooking over hot stove. All in all, it was a delightful and memorable experience, one I would eagerly seek to recreate.

I was delighted with quality of sushi here. We ordered two sets that were perfectly balanced.
