If I could give a minus star I would. What an absolute rip off!!!!!! R45 for a double shot cappuccino when upstairs at woolies I could have gotten the same for R28 (and less if I present my woolies card!) ....too bad I found out after I had paid .... and ONE staff member on a Saturday afternoon.... poor girl!! What a disgrace the tables were. And this is potentially the first impression visitors get to our beautiful country. An embarrassment. I will NEVER be supporting YOLO again!

Monday 10th August 2018. I really would hope the owner of this business would train a camera on the one particular female barista on duty this morning! The attitude and abuse she dishes out is quite shocking! Extremely rude!

Poor service. Not greeted by staff at the till. Attitude sucks. Coffee was not great at all. Shape up guys. You are at the entrance to SA.

Unfriendly, extremely slow, bad service, expensive, awful soggy cheese and tomato sandwich (probably been sitting there for days), and unfortunately the first coffee and snack shop you find as you come out of international arrivals. Come on OR Tambo - how embarrassing!!!

Firstly my review is based on my experience as an international arrival passenger at 2am. So truly appreciate the service of 24hrs as only outlet at arrival hall. Secondly the lady staff was courteous, greeted and great service. The seatings are wonderful to have relaxed coffee time. I found the price to be reasonable being inside airport terminal. The sandwhich options are decent and nice.

Counters and tabletop littered...asked for a cleaner and no response just glared at...cleared litter myself...useless customer service and unfortunately situated at intl arrivals right where foreign tourists arrive...DO SOMETHING!!!!

Lack of professionalism, no lids for cups available ordered cuppucino and hot chocolate, poorly prepared, used to be great place, what a disappointment. Any competition will flourish.

Never seen such a pathetic cafe in Joburg and surrounding. Low grade quality, hopeless service, extra costly.

Avoid this place the the plaque. The coffee is disgusting, watery and no body. The machine is dirty and steam wands caked with old milk. A health hazad. When I told the female barista, she became aggressive and abusive, without trying to resolve the issue. This place gives coffee and baristas a bad rap. Such a pity as it has Soo much potential with awesome location while waiting. Don't waste your money at this dive.

Poor service. I was charged twice for my 2 latte's after the machine 'apparently broke' and the transaction to be repeated on another. I received an sms from the bank confirming the first transaction, but the employee wouldn't believe me. Never again!!

Worse coffee experience EVER!!! My order was a disaster. I tried for 35 minutes to resolve the matter with the manager who was rude, insulting and pretended I was invisible. After all that I had one sip of my coffee, which tasted like soap and threw it away!

Disgusting coffee and disgusting staff! myself and another customer both complained about the extremely watery coffees we had received. When informing the staff as to the lack of actual coffee, I was faced with back chat and told “I don’t know what a cappuccino tastes like” the staff refused to admit there was a problem despite a number customers I saw complain in a very short time. Drastic action required in many aspects. It’s unfortunate that customers are not aware of how disappointing this establishment is before going.

Please invest in mugs for your sit-down customers, disappointed that only take-away disposable cups available which creates unnecessary waste for our beautiful country. You are in a prime spot at international arrivals - there is some level of responsibility to represent South Africa well, please do us proud ✊🏻

I was charged R100 for 2 waters and a 'halloumi vegetable wrap' when I showed the server that there was no halloumi, she threw a tantrum and give me one with halloumi and rhen proceeded to abuse me for taking the wrap. The most atrocious device and a visitors forat experience of service in South Africa

this was my favorite place to sit in the Arrivals section in the airport :). The coffee and snacks were good and a fair price. I loved sitting at the table section with the tall chairs and watching the people go by in the airport.

Absolutely amazing service by Mini (Bubbles) our tea's are all delicious and the smiles and friendly faces at the stand made the entire experience all the better

This coffee shop is literally located at the Arrivals for ALL international flights. However, they are terrible at coffees. No milk alternatives and no coffee syrups. They have been in business here for years?! Absolutely disappointed. You have such a clean business, but I do feel a better brand like Seattle or Starb will be better for this space

Worst service ever. Myself and other customers waited the female worker there for more than 10 minutes because she was busy with something else. She gave me the coffee with the leaking cup and asked her to get me serviettes and she gave me only 1 and said she can't give me more because I didn't order anything to eat. What an idiotic experience ever

Great meeting spot for international arrivals at OR TAMBO airport

Possibly *the* best location for a coffee shop in the airport. Situated in terminal A, International Arrivals, next to the information desk and in front of the cellphone shops. Friendly service, good coffee and tasty bites. Pricey compared to other establishments in the airport, but if you're in need of a little pick me up after a long flight from overseas, you won't care.

Ordered croissant while waiting for a flight. It tasted like paper. The dough was totally wrong. It is pathetic to know that restaurants/coffee shops are allowed to sell whatever they wish to the public.There is need for some monitoring and quality control. In fact, the boss lady came and all she could say is that " that is our recipe"; then asked me which other places I have had croissants? Oh my...some catering outlets can really take away the taste from your mouth.. poor croissant plus terrible customer service = me keeping away from Yolo coffee shops, especially the one at OR Tambo airport, South Africa.

Rudest staff I've ever met what a bad reflection on YOLO. I asked for a little hot water for my baby's milk. The rudest lady refused. This was after we were ordering a Chai latte. I am shocked at the service or lack there of I really wish the owner of this place can contact me.
