The hotel in itself is nice, but there are many areas to improve when it comes to meeting organization. Already to get an offer the team seem chronically understaffed, and takes a long time to reply by email. The day before of the event I was told only an external provider could help me with the audio and he was not only expensive but also not available. We only needed a microphone but the hotel failed to provide despite it had been announced we were hosting a hybrid event. It was a lot of stress for us to what I think is quite a basic equipment. Despite the hiccups we had a fantastic time and food was also really nice. The reply from owner below is very disappointing, unprofessional and not true. The event was announced from the very beginning as a hybrid event. I visited the facility one week before the event to make sure we had all the equipment. During this preparation meeting I was told I would be put in contact with a person but was not informed this included a fee. I contacted the mentioned provider the week before and he did not provide an offer until the day before the event. I asked to correct a few items as he included many extras which were not needed. I was given 15m to decide on his new offer. He then withdrew the offer as he no longer had personnel availability. The equipment I brought on the day was a plan B, completely irrelevant to the situation here described. The single microphone we needed was not provided.

Beautiful hotel which spreads across a large area. If you like orientation courses and labyrinths, the hotel layout provides an excellent opportunity to test your skills. There are multiple restaurants on-site as well as a wellness area with spa, saunas and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are really nice and you're provided with many amenities. The clientele is varied with families, couples and business people. Staff was very friendly and during breakfast we talked to some regular guests who shared they loved coming back for the breakfast and overall service.

Best hotel breakfast ever seen. Superb service. Amazing decor. Really close to the airport. A 5-star hotel living up to its name and well worth the price.

Recent stay at the Kempinski. Breakfast was the highlight as well as the lounge area. The biggest complaint was no A/C. We were told it is all controlled and there was no way to control our individual room. We were given the option to open the window, which we did but it was on the ground floor with no screen. Not 5 Star material here

The moment i stepped foot inside the Hotel i knew i won’t regret my stay. Incredible nice staff, always we’re trying to find a solution instead of excuses. After sleeping in the bed with the amazing bedsheet i couldn’t go back to my normal bedsheets and had to buy high quality and high thread count bedsheets. Hotel smells nice, Pool is pretty My stay was very pleasant.

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

Some rooms are old fashioned. SPA is very nice and good. Overall a very nice Hotel if you like the classical style. Perfect service and very friendly staff! Close to the Airport. The breakfast buffet is amazing!

Nice and clean rooms, comfty beds. Excellent service. Very good breakfast. Special thanks for different kind of saunas in spa. Even a true Finn approved your saunas. ❤️ For some quests might be weird to be naked in sauna area, but for us it was the way it ment to be.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found plenty to appreciate, starting with the ample parking right in front. The staff was friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel's atmosphere is quiet, ideal for guests looking to relax. There's a large outdoor area that's perfect for a stroll, adding to the overall peaceful vibe. The spa area, with its variety of saunas and a large indoor pool, was a standout feature. It's a great spot for unwinding, and I found it well-maintained and inviting. Dining in the hotel was a pleasant experience. Both the lobby and restaurant offered nice meals in a comfortable setting. As for the rooms, they were clean and well-equipped, providing a good night's sleep. My only critique is the air conditioning system, which was quite loud when heating the room during my winter stay. This was a minor issue, though, in an otherwise enjoyable stay. I'd recommend this hotel for its quiet environment, good facilities, and friendly service. It's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

We don’t always leave reviews of hotels, but we had to do so for the Kempinski in Frankfurt-Gravenbruch, one of the finest hotels we’ve ever seen. It’s a true five-star hotel in every way. The staff is friendly and always takes the initiative to be helpful (in excellent English). The rooms are recently renovated and well thought-out (including a 110 volt US outlet!). The room service staff is very responsive to special needs (and we certainly had such needs, with severe dietary restrictions that they couldn’t have been happier to accommodate). The breakfast buffet is bountiful and has something for every dietary preference. I hope we can return soon to enjoy their excellent service!

My recent experience at the Kempinski was not worthy of a two star hotel, let alone the 5 star property it claims to be. Firstly, my partner had arranged a birthday cake to be delivered to the room upon arrival. It was not there. When it arrived it was delivered without a knife, plate or forks to eat it. It took 2 further calls to room service to rectify the problem. Then at dinner my wife ordered Rosti and expressly asked without egg, due to an allergy. The dish arrived with an egg and no apology. Then we had a massage booked at the spa… which was delayed due to the masseuse… being late for work. Seriously. Finally the service at the pool area was terrible. Everyone was complaining. Waiters were deliberately ignoring customers, making mistakes with orders and delivering late. Even the staff themselves were embarrassed, staying that they are understaffed. In conclusion, it’s a shame such a property claims to be 5 stars (with 5 star prices) but offers less than 2 star service. My advice - don’t stay here.

Everything was perfect. It was very impressive that the temperature and humidity of the room, the humidity control of the bathroom, the noise level of the fan, the comfort of the bed, the room service, the use of the mini bar, and the feedback of the customers were reflected during the stay. One disappointment was that the breakfast menu was very similar. thank you. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.

Nice hotel, the location is 15 min drive from Frankfurt city center, it's nice and quite. The lobby has a cozy vibe to it. I Highly recommended it for quite place next to the city, having a private car is highly recommended to have as well.

Service in the Hotel by the staff, was deplorable. 3 1/2 hours to get our safe batteries replaced after 4 CALLS! Had to change dinner reservations twice before at 7:34 pm the technician's 3rd visit to the room informed us the safe electronic board was faulty. It took a physical visit to the front desk after three attemps to call ( rang and no answer twice) to get a missing bathrobe and room slippers! Moved rooms the next morning to an "upgraded" room with a terrace on the gund floor. Bathroom was smaller and antiquated with a high step-in bathtub, shower combination versus a larger rain shower head and hand shower head in the original room. Dinner service and food at EssTisch was Excellent! Their rating is a 9/10! Quality, freshness and taste of their Taunus trout was 10/10. Ostrich I will pass on next time. We will be back for the restaurant. 4 1/2 to 5 star rating should be lowered to a 3 from our 2 day experience. Adrian, the bellhop was a blessing in disguise with his sincere smile and impeccable service. Justin as the front desk dealing with our lack of service and room issues was, again like Adrian, the standard for hospitality to follow. Check in and check out was parfait.

This Kempinski Hotel keeps the high 5-stars standard for years! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely nice and well equipped. I adore the modern bathroom. The spa and wellness area is impressive!

Today is my birthday and yesterday and Last night at 12 o'clock, my husband and I had a wonderful night in this hotel. By walking in the corridors of the hotel, you have a short trip around the world, with a very beautiful painting by an Iranian painter in a very warm, romantic and luxurious bar. I fell in love with this hotel.

Beautiful property - good food and overall good service. They really tried to accommodate me. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is very well kept and clean. I would say this has a wonderful charm...with a bit of 60's vibe (just a bit). Would highly recommend it - especially when your flight is canceled and you are stuck in Frankfurt for a night!

What a lovely hotel. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. The grounds are looking good for a walk, I was to lazy to do it myself. Rooms were clean and tidy with all the usual bits and pieces. Spa and pool available. Bike hire was a bit expensive so I didn't use that. All in all a good experience and a restful time. Thank you very much.

Immaculate, luxury hotel with thought of detail at every turn. Very close to the Frankfurt airport, very easy to get there. Traveled with our children (11& 8 years old) who had a good time as well. Great service and food. We'll be back.

Great, pet friendly luxury hotel. It's upscale but not pretentious. Service with a great eye for detail. The restaurant and room service menu could be further improved, though.

I satyed here as part of a business trip. The hotel has beautiful grounds and the service level was very high. It’s great if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax close to Frankfurt, but not in Frankfurt. Proximity the airport is great and it was easily reachable by taxi.

Best experience ever! Highlights to the reception experience. Rooms are very nice, all amenities offered are top quality. The restaurant offers a large variety of dishes, including grilled options. Architecture and environment are something else.

Very nice hotel. Good position and silent rooms. Excellent breakfast and kind staff. Just some problem with the Wi Fi but, in this cases, it is also better not to use Internet...

Nice hotel. But the room design is flawed (if not ridiculous) with safety issue: too sharp edged metal handles on all doors (of the closets and bathroom) and extruded from the desk drawers. I got scratched on my leg while trying to get up from a chair in front of the desk. It hurts a lot, luckily no bleeding.

Outside of the main part of Frankfurt and not too close to the airport. Supposedly rated as a five star, but the rooms seem a bit outdated and small. Staff is nice.

I already paid in advance through a booking website and was charged again for my room when checking out! - no apology from the desk clerk and just told me to wait 3 days for the refund. This was a major inconvenience for me and very unprofessional on your part. Pretty much spoiled my whole holiday. Stayed 2 different nights, rooms are outdated. In one room the Fridge gave out so much heat it was competing with the Aircon. Nowhere near 5* experiences The only good thing about the hotel was the area for kids and welcome present they received.

An oasis, perfect for relaxing and breathing away from the busy centre of Frankfurt. A 20 mns taxi ride to both airport and main train station. Really enjoyed my stay there, and great value proposition. I'll stay again!

Beautiful hotel, great staff! The concierge here (Michaely) is an absolute legend, we were driving back from Czech to calais and our clutch went in the car and ended up here. He spent a day trying to find us a garage to fix it and got us home in 2 days! The breakfast is pretty expensive, but my good was it worth it, there was multiple rooms for all the breakfast stuff! I will forever recommend this hotel!

Beautiful location. Big rooms. Nice atmosphere. Some lack in the service. We have been there for a fair. Checkout the last day was a deasaster. Only one person at the reception. Then they have also a problem with the parking ticket. Not expected by a 5 * Hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as part of a business trip. Very nice hotel. I really liked: - the clean gym with lots of good equipment - the friendly staff - the good food and accommodating kitchen staff - the good meeting facilities The rooms were also well kept and clean, although it was hard to not possible to get complete darkness at night. Happy to return.

I chose Kempinski for my birthday and was very happy about it. High level, friendly and not sophisticated service. Welcoming gifts for us was a nice surprise. Room clean, bed comfortable, no cheap beddings, amazing bathroom with mirrors all around, quick enough room service, dinner in restaurant only with reservation, amazing bar, beautiful decorated all hotel inside and outside. Breathtaking pool, relax rooms, fireplace in SPA area was a good idea for afterparty. Comfortable location. Royal style. Definitely worth the price. Thanks for the team, not the last time we stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's beautiful location, nestled in the midst of a lush green forest, providing a perfect setting for outdoor activities and exercise. The service provided by the Bence Laszlo and the Banquet team during our company event was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our event a resounding success. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. As for the accommodations, my room was a haven of luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, starting with the heated floors that added a touch of warmth and comfort. The room was tastefully decorated, exuding elegance and sophistication. The amenities provided were top-notch, leaving no stone unturned when it came to ensuring a memorable stay. In addition to the impeccable service and luxurious room, the Kempinski Hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance your experience. Whether it's indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, which I happily experienced, enjoying a gourmet meal at one of the fine dining restaurants, or simply taking a leisurely stroll in the picturesque surroundings, there is something for everyone. All in all, my stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Frankfurt was an unforgettable experience. The beautiful location, exceptional service from the Banquet team, and the luxurious amenities provided in my room made it a perfect getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating stay in Frankfurt, Germany and I can't wait to visit again!
