From outside it is rather simple and until you get to the room it was nothing special. However, the rooms are amazing. The large windows make it feel very luxurious and the view at night is beautiful. The bathroom was perfect, with a large bathtub and great lightning. The bed was extremely comfortable. If all you care about is the room itself, it is great!

I informed the hotel that my flight arrives early in the morning and requested for an early check-in, I completed 5 hours and still waiting, 👎🏼 they mentioned if you want we can upgrade your room but you have to pay! Normally the other hotels will offer that without mentioning :)! For the money they charge will expect a nice service.

My favorite hotel in Frankfurt & I like the location & the service & the cleanliness in the room beside there’s a shopping mall next to the hotel & first of all the front people at the reception the very helpful & kind 😊

So, I've been to other Jumeirah properties before, so I have a bit of a point of reference. Check in was not as smooth as it should have been. Be prepared to present vaccination proof or a negative test. The payment gateway failed in the middle of the transaction, yet it charged my credit card but it showed declined on their end. Had to wait for a hard reboot and then they were able to see the charge. All in all, although pleasant and professional, the check in experience was less than stellar. Location is fantastic, the property is well kept, and the technology is state of the art. Wifi could be a bit faster. On fast.com it caps out at 8 or 9 mb. Unfortunately, I am yet to experience that premium experience I've had in other Jumeirah properties.

Really love the hotel. The service is very thoughtful, they checked my room and gave me extra water and extra coffee capsule that I liked. We did not ask anything but with the experience they can tell from the room which is super impressive and shocking good. Love the pillows and bedding everything was perfect. The fitness that is linked to the fitness first was also super cool and increased the experience of the stay to another level. The only thing was that the checkin process that their system was down and they were to put us in a different floor. But we asked for the same floor and they given us but it was not a connecting room since we book two room and is a big family.

By far the BEST HOTEL IN FRANKFURT! Stayed at this place twice and deff won't be my last. Stayed here when I was on a business trip in their panoramic room and another time just for a holiday with my husband, the views from the room takes your breath A mall is right next to the hotel, with an amazing lebanese restaurant that should not be missed Although the price is a bit on the higher side but it is worth it. Their breakfast is one of the best I had in Europe with everything being there and an A la carte menu!! Their honey comb is not to be missed (they have their own bee hives on the hotel rooftop) One of the friendliest staff I have ever met throughout Europe. If you drive cars I noticed their parking fee is a bit expensive however it justifies given the location of the hotel.

As you expect from any JW marriot! The staff is really welcoming! From the Valet staff who really took great care of us, to the check in counter and concierge services who were really helpful. The room is spotless and clean and well kept. Free sodas and water in the minibar is great. I would definitely recommend any travelers who are passing through Frankfurt to stay here. Great location, room, and staffs.

The rooms are of the most elegant and luxurious design. The food is delicious and plentiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. This was my first visit to this hotel but I am certain it will not be my last.

I recently stayed at the Hotel JW Marriott and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area.

Really good but not excellent. This Hotel has everything you expect but there is no spark ⚡️ to make your stay extra special. Rooms have great view but are five star standard. Nothing extra. Lobby is small and unspectacular. Breakfast on first floor. We skipped it. No view anyway. Location 1A in the center of the center. Stuff super friendly but not a team.

Amazing stay. Location is steps away from great restaurants and loads of shopping options. Inside the hotel, the common areas were tastefully designed. Suite was well appointed, spacious and very clean. Most importantly, the amazing staff especially the reception team and parking valets who greeted me each day by name and no request was too much. I’ve already recommended the hotel to a colleague and would happily stay here again.

My friend was visiting from out of town so I met her for breakfast. I went this past weekend June 17… the service from the restaurant bar keeper was so polite, professional and friendly! I will definitely be back to see Gabriel for his excellent charm and attentive service!

Three days ago I was in an Ember bar. Usually the service there is not up to the standard unfortunately. But this time there was a barkeeper named Gabrijel ❤️ We had the best possible experience. He is so amazing, professional and helpful. Also the drinks that he made were the best ones I tried in Frankfurt. I will definitely be back anytime Gabrijel is there.

Caterina Minore at guest experience center is amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. We had a few questions about booking a stay for a family with children. She always replies promptly and addresses our concerns adequately.

Outstanding visit. Very helpful and attentive staff. Room had an amazing city view. Bed was comfy. Central to spots we wanted to visit.

I went to meet my friends there for a drink and was absolutely blown away by the bar service. Gabrijel went above and beyond to make our experience at the bar one of a kind. Just based on our requests and preferences he made our drinks; and he nailed it every time. Definitely a place I will come back to for my Feierabend drink! I can highly recommend!!

Great place, food is wonderful and loyalty matters to them. It would be nice if they had their own pool which was not shared with the public gym.

This hotel could write the book on how give the perfect experience to a guest. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was stunning as well as the view of the city. It was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best. Fresh squeezed juices, omlette bar, smoked salmon, capers, etc. There was no detail forgotten. The location was superb with just a short walk to the main center. Thank you for an unforgettable visit!

This hotel is fantastic for its location and the superb quality of its accommodations. The rooms are well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are clean and designed with attention to detail. The hotel staff is friendly and constantly dedicated to ensuring our stay is as enjoyable as possible. They go out of their way to assist us with our needs or questions, adding an extra layer of hospitality to my experience. I highly recommend it not only for its convenient location but also for its well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and the overall great experience it offers. It's a top choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Frankfurt.

This hotel is amazing, we loved our stay here. I used to live in Frankfurt and this is in a great location to walk everywhere. The service is wonderful and our room was apparently brand new and just perfect (and had a little sweet welcome gift ready for us on the table). Big bathroom with free standing tub - the entire separating wall could be opened up - wak in shower and separated toilet. The TV stand was separating the living room and bedroom area with the TV rotating to both sides to either enjoy it from the bed or the couch. The room was super spacious, I was very impressed. Coming from the US with ridiculous room prices and no service, this was a delightful change and just made our stay so much better after not being back in Europe for 5 years. Fun were the central controls for all lights (themes) and electric curtains. I would come back anytime and already suggested the hotel to many others. The bar had great service too and the very young bartender had great knowledge and was able to make any drink. We were sad when we had to leave since this was the most relaxing stay we had for a long time. Thank you for this great experience.

What a gorgeous hotel. Staff was super friendly and more than accommodating to our needs. The check in was seamless and we were pleasantly surprised with our room. Turn down service was a really nice touch as well. We had drinks and espresso at the bar after dinner. The bartender was fantastic and my wife’s drink was made to perfection. My espresso was so good I ordered another. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Frankfurt.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. Loved everything about this place, the room, the amenities, and the staff. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

As a lifetime traveler (last 30+ years), The JW Marriott Frankfurt (by far) was the absolute best experience. People are the centerpiece to all high-quality services. The high-end luxury of this hotel was only matched by the human beings that work there, people like: Marcel, John, David, Abdulla, and countless others whose names escape me at the moment. Give this hotel a try... you won't regret it. I love you all!

The room was always clean and quiet with a beautiful view. But the staff could be more friendly…and more responsible. At the Restaurant they kept forgetting our orders…all in all our stay was good.

Short staff, the first room that we got had mold growing in the bathroom, it needed some maintenance. Reported to the front desk, the manager offered us a new room with an upgrade. The new room is great. They have taken care of us. Thank you.

I forgot personal belongings in my room. Called hours later. „Nothing found“ which shows that housekeeping is not trustworthy. Either stolen or thrown away. A 5 star hotel keeps things in deposit. Breakfast lousy, breakfast room smells of eggs and kitchen.

The worst service I havr ever had in my trip to Europe this year. I found only one staff who need to look for every thing !! Comolicated registration process , I didnt find place to park my SUV because their low parking area. And tgey told me its my problem . I wont give it 3 stars because of the bad service and management.

They refused to warm up the food for my baby in the hotel because their kitchen "was closed" at lunch time. My son had to eat a cold meal in winter. For the money they charge you would expect a nice service. We had a leaking shower in our room and we had to ask to fix our sink 2 times.

Clean, modern, centrally located, decent food and a friendly staff. This is my favorite hotel in Frankfurt hands down. Beds are great. ALMOST to the ritz Carlton/four seasons level. Upgraded sheets and they’d be there. They could also use USB charging ports by the bed. The price matches the quality and I’m satisfied.

Shame on American Express for including this hotel. It is brutal. Outdated and sealed tight. Windows do not open. Worn out furniture. Smells stale. Avoid this hotel at all cost!

Definitely the best hotel in Frankfurt! Great location, excellent service and friendly staff (which is already rare in Germany, no matter how expensive the hotel is). Amazing views of the city. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Close to everything. Shopping, eating, people-watching hot spots you name it, this is an incredible location. The bed was fluffy and lovely, seems like hypoallergenic sheets and pillows. The curtains definitely blacked out the room. The view from the room was gorgeous the second morning as it was sunny. Honey from the roof was such a classy touch. Cons: Answering the 20 questions game when we walked the door. It seemed more accusatory than welcoming. I had to call downstairs for help with turning out the lights. Surprise, everything is turned off inside the drawer on the left-hand side of the bed. Not intuitive, but this could be a pro for someone else for sure. This was some executive suite that I booked as we were trying to have a fancy shaman y time, but the wooden slats on the doors of the bathroom partition were dusty, broken, and falling off. Then, our clean towels and hand cloths were removed but not replaced. I feel like housekeeping needs a gentle nudge about the slats, the super thick dust on top of the mini-fridge (get eye level, you cannot miss it) and there was a collection of dust on the painting in the room. Although I have a dust allergy, this did not bother me. The downstairs restaurant was fully booked (but also 100% empty when we arrived) so we were told we could be served at the bar. So we went to the bar but were told we could only be served from the bar menu, which was limited and not a dinner option. Pro of this? We went to the Lebanese restaurant inside the shopping area which was phenomenal. *phenomenal* The breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. And although I typically feel like everything looks and tastes better with more expensive hotels, that effect did not work this time around. I thought perhaps this was an older hotel due to the decor but was astonished to find it was built in 2009. But, given the bathroom on the second floor’s different decor style (Which is clean, fresh, and vibrant) I’m guessing you’re working on that. All in all, the unsettling welcome we received really put a damper on our experience, causing me to be a bit more nitpicky than usual. While we may have looked like unshowered bums getting out of a cheap rental car, it’s because we had gotten off a long flight and no one is doing their hair or makeup or renting a sports car to impress some overbearing doormen who would rather we stay in the cold rain while they verify that we have a reservation for 4 nights in an executive suite) In terms of personnel, housekeeping, desk receptionists, the man at the service it’s a 1 star (minus the gentleman that escorted my mother and I to the Lebanese restaurant, and the Greek doorman who sent us back home with bottled water for our journey). Bed itself 5 star, view 5 star for Frankfurt. Decor, 2-star. Breakfast 3-star. Honey 5 star. Cleanliness differed from place to place. But, I imagine COVID could have made things a bit difficult so definitely take this review with a grain of salt if you would (except for the doormen upon arrival, that was tactless, and if I were a lesser person I’d have felt embarrassment.)

We stayed here while on an extra long layover between flights and took advantage to check out the Christmas Market. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was perfect for our needs, and the room was super comfortable. The room was a bit more than I'd normally spend on a piece to crash between flights but the experience was great so I can't complain.

Really a nice hotel, didn't feel any difference since moved under J W Marriott, staff are friendly especially Dianna in 1st floor resturant, so kind and treats all customers with a big smile.

Room was quite large compared to your typical hotel room in this region. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower magnificent. I had limited interaction with the staff but the two that I did encounter were helpful, courteous and professional.

  • 3/5 Gary C. 1 year ago on Google
Has potential but so many subtle wrongs. I stayed at junior suite. Room is quite large but: 1. Main entrance to hotel broken. Everyone has to go thru a tiny staff door on the side. Strange. 2. The room didn’t provide slippers. 3. Hot water control in the shower seemed soldered to block you from turning too much and water was not warm enough I ended up showering in the free standing tub. 4. The light control of the bathroom is near the entrance of the hotel although the making opening is right next to the bed (that giant aforementioned tub) making turning on and off the light a chore (quite a long walk). 5. Half of the switches in bathrooms don’t do anything. Some of them are fake or blocked as they can’t be pressed no matter how hard I press. Some can be pressed but don’t turn on or off anything. Hmm. 6. Room service menu and in fact everything is on low resolution tv screen that responds slowly so it’s impossible to order food.
