Room is shoddy, and 20 years outdated, the handles and locks don't work on room doors, covered in filth. Unclean, service sucked. Was treated like filth upon arrival and asked to pay 4 euro extra for City tax, whilst my friend travelling to the same place, same arrival time and day, had to pay 8 euro, rooms are exactly the same. Rough area, although central, lights hanging from the ceiling with tape. I have stayed in some rough places but this was just awful. Do not come here, spend the extra, it's worth it!!!

I've never been to such a bad hotel.Firstly, the receptionist was very rude. The corridor terribly smelled of smoke, and so did the room. The room was dirty - there were stains all around (and a spider). The shower did not have a curtain and the toilet did not work very well. Not to mention the elevator, which was from another world. I do not really know how this hotel passed the controls. It is obvious that the owner does not take care of it. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

I have never ever in my long whole life seen worse than this place , - the experience I had with the receptionists is beyond normal (BTW they are 70+ and extremely unfriendly and grumpy - especially the lady) - The food in the restaurant is disgusting. - the rooms are so small and smells like garbage containers. - the elevator is broken (be careful can be seriously dangerous sometimes) - no wi-fi enjoy your stay ..

Terrible and so rude personal They don't accept credit card. We went to bank to draw cash. Booking. Com also couldn't help us to fix that problem The rooms are really not so good to spend more time Toilet was broken, shower has not have the hanger. The window is broken it is not closed so there were a cold from window. The breakfast is terrible. I can eat only egg and honey with bread. Last day they put cheeses The only best thing is the location. It is in the central European bank metro station I won't stay there again The rooms are really not so good to spend more time

The best of the hotel is the breakfast is included in the price you can take it between 7 and10 a.m.its a buffet with coffee cheese muesli eggs bread and some extras. The rooms are okay but can be improved at least the bathroom, the shower wasn't any good. The location is excellent, it's in a residential zone, very quiet and it's at just 2 min walking to a metro station, 5 min walk to the river and a little more maybe 10 min walk to party zone. For the price it was a good choice.

NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY! Not a family friendly establishment. My family had a baddd experience. We are expecting a nice accomodation coming from a long and tiring family road trip. We welcomed by a grumpy and unfriendly front desk staff and told not to use the elevator because our rooms just on the next floor. We handcarried our luggages using the stairs. We walked thru a dark walkway. The room and the toilet is so old and small. Smell and the size is like an old storage room. Once you lie down the bed you will feel a skin irritation. Dust everywhere esp. under the bed. Alot of fixtures are breaking apart. I would rather stay at the Bates Motel than this junk place. A family worst nightmare experience!

Amazing hotel. You pay for what you get. Free breakfast. Simple check-in policy. Very simple rooms. This is not a luxurious hotel for you and your fancy girlfriend/wife but, if you need to stay somewhere and are open to simplicity, this is the perfect place to go. 20min walk from the central area and has a simple bar next door and another one a few blocks down. No complaints!

Information about the hotel is not really correct. Very poor conditions and the hotel might fail health and safety regulation. The room was in the 4th floor and the window was broken and not securely closed. the bathroom has broken tiles and very hazardous. The smoking regulation is not exist. Booked nonsmoking room but not respected. I was really disappointed about the state of hotel. I have been regularly visiting to Frankfurt since 2002 and stayed various business hotel but this is very unusual for Frankfurt standard.

Rooms were decent for the price, however, I think that the hygiene inside the bathroom could have been better. (provide disposable cups instead of glass cups which are reused) The service was extremely great despite us being foreigners in Germany. (they didn't judge us and were extremely willing to help)

Not a good place to stay.. the photos are definately shopped. The bathroom light didn't work for 2 days, not fixed because it was a weekend?? No ventilation in the bathroom, no proper shower and getting out you were either going to step into the toilet or the sink. As for the bed.. most of the slats were out, held together with tape. Wouldn't stay there again. However, the front reception man was delightful and very helpful.
