Absolute joke of a hotel. No in room dining. Big deal when you are travelling at awkward times with a child / they did not tell us of this fact. Blaming covid, worst excuse ever for not feeding people. There is no turndown. This is not a 24 hr international hotel / there is no one at the desk or answering the phone. Don’t charge for services you are not able to provide. Not family friendly as stated on their website - no where to get lunch for a baby. I have had to leave my room and argue for service here. Never again. All you get is the answer NO to your basic requests. Awful. Covid is not an excuse to not provide service I am afraid. Rooms are dated with old grubby furniture. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very high end luxury resort which has its ups and downs. The down side is that the place is very conservative and almost stuffy. There’s a vibe missing. On the positive side it’s very relaxing and customer service is very good if sometimes slow. Example that the amazing cocktails take a very long time and breakfast service is also slow and unresponsive. But delicious when it arrives. So if you’re not in a hurry then a great place to be. Two things that I didn’t expect. That light in my room would have a flickering bulb and that the spa would be closed at 6pm. So no chance to relax after a long day.

Service and overall ambience was nice, but the room and bathroom especially feels a bit dated. The hotel slippers are great though ha! Also, while the food tasted decent, the overall variety could be improved.

Liked the hotel in general. Arrived to our room with roses for our anniversary. All was going well until we arrived at our reserved time at the indoor pool. The water was beyond freezing. I put my toes in for 2 minutes in hopes it would warm. I could not feel for toes for about 30 minutes after. To top that off the jacuzzi and stream room were not working. Very disappointed in that. We were excited to have a reserved swimming time but all we got was the hot sauna. It would have been nice if we would have known before hand so our expectations were not so normal.

This hotel is a 6 star hotel. Great value!! The included Breakfast was fabulous. Decorations, Fresh Flowers, very well done. Staff is great. Including not limited to House Keeping, Restaurant, Front Desk, and Internet connection was great. We were on an extended holiday in Europe and it was the best connection that we had on the whole trip. First time staying at a Rocco Forte Property but not the LAST!!!!!!

Such a beautiful and cozy hotel! Beside the stunning room (we had a big sofa inside and a dinner table) I loved that they had prepeared for those who have early flights (5-6 a clock int he morning) in the lobby a corner with fresh coffee and pastry and juices. Very thoughtful. Also, is a nice place for some quality, high-class shopping :)

The best hotel in frankfurt. Unfortunately during corona it was not the best time to stay in the hotel as there was no concierge, no bellboy, the spa was closed and the gym could only be used with a reservation. The in room dining was replaced by delivery from nearby restaurants. Having said all that we know the hotel in its normal shape and form when everything is up an running and the service is usually excellent. Extremely attentive and always a smile on the staffs face. We will be back especially when the spa opens back up.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Kennedy. The hotel is beautiful, room service was good and quick. Gianna the concierge was particularly helpful and reserved very nice restaurants / spa treatments for us. The Spa and pool area is very nice. My only suggestion would be to have antibacterial gel at breakfast (the machine was not working) and it felt not sanitary to attend a buffet while being unable to clean our hands.

The hotel is fantastic and a great place to consider on the luxury end. The bar is great as well, however, no meaning if the bar staff pulls down their masks entirely behind the bar while prepping drinks -yummy drinks btw- and only wears them properly when serving the drinks. Without that experience, the rating would be 5star.

My stay at Villa Kennedy was excellent, starting with the friendly greeting upon my arrival. Reception made it possible to check in early, which was a great convenience as I had arrived in the morning after an overnight flight from NY. The taxi ride from the Frankfurt airport to the hotel is less than 20 minutes. The architecture is beautiful inside and out, and learning about the original manor home built in 1901 and getting to see many of its beautiful details increased my appreciation. The hotel addition has been constructed to match seamlessly with the original structure. As you dine in the inner courtyard, you will get a sense of both calmness and grandeur. My spacious room on the 3rd floor overlooked the courtyard had a seating area with table as well as a desk, perfect for relaxing or working on my laptop. Various themed suites featuring photographs of Jackie O, Marylyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn are fun and classy. The hotel's covid precautionary measures were evident throughout my stay, and I felt that service was very good even under these circumstances. For sightseeing, it's a quick taxi or U-bahn ride over the Main River into the heart of Frankfurt or else a 20-minute walk to the Altstadt (Old Town). I lived nearly 20 years in Germany and frequently come back to visit friends outside of Frankfurt. This was my first overnight stay at Villa Kennedy, and I recommend it. I am a travel agent and regularly write reviews for my clients.

I was there last December. They had an indoor pool, although it was cold, a spa area, although it was closed due to covid, a gym, a hairdresser with a famous barber, and a beautiful outdoor patio that had tables for dinner and closed houses in case it was cold. The buffet was not very big, but everything was good. More details and photos in my blog.

A old mansion style hotel, with a great service and a perfect atmosphere: bar, the terrasse and the Bedroom which was lovely. The only bad points are the style of the bathroom and the chilled temperature of the swimming pool.

As I read so many posts on google I realize that saying about people complain more than praise. I see that most negative comment on google are from the competition of who they're complaining about because this place is the real deal and they just run the Red Roof Inn by the the truck stop. The place was perfect, no one saw this coming. But the coolest thing was the 60 yr old guy out on the streets around who was doing magic tricks, fortune telling... Now if you got that guy to work in the hotel then it would be something. But places like this were made by those blocking the Pioneers lane. The want the roads to stay and go right by them.

Excellent stay the night before flying out of Frankfurt Intl. The Spa Treatment was out of this world! The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. We will be staying here again.

Just an exceptional overall experience! I am actually writing this review after my 4th stay at this amazing hotel! From the moment you drop off the car till the moment you leave, your only exclamation is ouauu! The stuff super profesional and friendly, spotless cleaning, imaculate service and a dream location! The best place in Frankfurt! Well done to the management team for doing a perfect job !!

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and my experience there. From entry to departure, one of the best experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! The staff are amazing, addressing you by name and recalling minute details. So so helpful. Indeed, one concierge called the other on the weekend to ensure our requests were fulfilled! The food was wonderful as well. Well made, appropriate size, and beautiful. The hotel grounds are lovely and spotless. Access to the city and airport is simple. The rooms are perfect yet not overdone. My only problem? The bedroom remote didn’t always work. Treat yourself. Stay here. This place is FANTASTIC!
