Beautiful building. View of the outside of the building is superb at night. Definitely must visit if you’re from Tinsukia or nearby places. Visited again recently. Interior is beautiful. Food was tasty.

We have booked a honeymoon suit on 29th Jan. The decorations were good but there service was extremely poor. I felt there was lack of coordination, communication between the team or staff. They don’t give proper information or neither they have a checklist before they handover the keys to customers. Below problems were face by me:- 1) Delay in Room service. 2) TV was not working which was not pre informed to us. 3) AC cooling was not working on which I had to call the room service guy for 4-5 times to come and check. 4) Communication gap the breakfast was complimentary and they informed us it will be available upto 10:30am but then when we reached they said its upto 10:00 am. Overall it was a horrible experience for me.

Excellent parking place, excellent service, excellent food. Very nice location and big banquet hall for any function. They has wonderful Room. According to me Upper Assam don't have another Hotel like MIRANA Staffs are so friendly... Higley recommend!!! Come Here Once. Overall Excellent experience .

I have stayed at dozens of hotels but can't find any drawbacks or complaints about this hotel, the hotel turned out to be the best experience ever, because of the staff, they were very hospitable and always there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tinsukia. 4 start only because of complimentary breakfast not served in buffet style for foodie like me🤪

Very poor experience..... quality of food and service is of such low standards.....had to wait for a bottle of water for like 20-25 mints...felt like eternity......Food is also below par.... Harrowing experience.....most importantly if u all can't run a roof top bar or restaurant then better to close than,rather than harrassing the customers.....

Not even worth one star. Stayed in Honeymoon suit. From the very beginning the room looked untidy and not well done. The basin sink was pushed upwards which means we had to manually unclog it. Yuck. Only one toothbrush without toothpaste, only one slipper, only one bathing robe, etc which is supposedly funny as the room is for a couple. Also we were charged per night ₹ 8400 after GST and the biggest bummer was that the Jacuzzi didn’t work which might have at least made up for a good experience in the room. I mean for the money spent everything was lacklustre and despite our grievances, no concession was made. Total we payed ₹ 9595 with the dinner. There was no menu in the room, we had to ask for it. The dinner tasted good though. We ordered for Arrabbiata sauce pasta, tandoori chicken and veg dumpling but they sent us veg manchurian momos instead of the veg dumplings. The complementary breakfast was not that good because it was weird dry upma and sev. Weird. Overall please avoid if possible because the price is not worth it. The only redeeming factor was the location and the polite staff. If you have to stay, go for cheaper options.

Didn't stay. Had late dinner with family. Luxurious option in tinsukia. Menu was limited on account of Durga Puja. Food is average. I expected better.

This review is purely about the Mirana restaurant. I can say "The worst service" ever received. Their waiter and waitress both are ill-mannered and not well trained to tackle customers. My dad waited more than 30 mins to receive his lukewarm water. Moreover, when the kitchen is about to be closed then waiter should come to the table and ask for the last order (if any). But here no body cares. On top of that it was my wife's birthday and she was very disappointed and felt embarrassed in front of of her friends and relatives. About food: 'Third-class' quality food served. No spices No taste and its overpriced. If you get the quality plus quantity plus taste plus good service then pricing doesn't matter. But here at The Mirana - it is just HOPELESS. For the next visit: Its a bigggg NOOOOOO.

The Mirana , tinsukia gave an worst experience of my life. As we( husband &me) travel every year in different destinations, and this time within Assam, it's really shameful. - early morning checkin was free according to the pre- booked telephonic conversation. But after reaching they charged payment & we have to paid. - Room allocation was ok, but washroom can't able to provide hot water both in basin& bath area. As we have baby, it is difficult to manage. - room electric cattle was not working & after request it replaced - buffet breakfast was an worst experience with showcase only few(10-12) pics of fruits, one small bowl contain dryfruits, one small bowl contain sprouts, no more cornflakes- milk, boil eggs, nothing. They serve real ( market one) juice in plastic disposal glass, chole/ chamber on disposable bowl. Which is really shameful after taking 5000 per night in one room. - later check out was free according to per- book on call conversation but when it was discussed they charged full one day charge (5k) which was unacceptable. As we have a small baby it was difficult to accept all these behaviour but after getting irritated we check out and check in in another hotel available in same town. - about room service, food quality , it was an heart breaking experience 💔 . Our baby can able to get khisri 2days of staying because of its smell ( rice smell) and all food items are over price. Over all I never ever recommended this hotel, the so called maneger of the hotel inside tinisukia to anyone. There are so many good & small other hotels with good facilities.

My parents' wedding anniversary was commemorated by The Mirana in a way that they will never forget. I therefore chose to do something for my parents while sitting in Bangalore. The hotel, design, and location that I saw while searching online compelled me to contact and make an inquiry. I'm very glad I decided to celebrate my parents' anniversary at the Mirana. When such facilities are available now, everything is feasible. I'd want to thank Mr. Mintu for his efforts.

A new hotel, stayed here for 2 days. We booked online, it's like a 5 star hotel at 3 star rates. Had a very very comfortable stay. Their restaurant is great as well. Very good service.
