We stopped here for lunch en route to Chennai from Hyderabad. It's not visible from the highway but this place is huge! Ample amount of parking, kids play area, banquet hall and fine dining restaurant. Hygiene place, food tastes good. The place seems to be popular for banquets with the locals. This is the best place to stop for a break on the highway

Nice and cozy place . Hotel and restaurant is also nice. Good taste. But not worth for photography. They charge a whooping 4.5k for taking pics with professional cams, which is an ultimate waste of money. Not at all worth and not suggestable.

Too much of looting. Took a room along with photography totally paid 7,500/- (3000/- for room and 4500/- for photography) still we were denied to enter swimming pool , requested a lot for kids satisfaction but of no use. in the end have to pay extra money. Please change the dumb policies, as the staff argues to us as if we are illiterate. At first instance pool is accessible to all who has taken room, but these fellows argues saying when photoshoot was taken as a package we cannot use pool, wah what a logic. Although paid money for both room and photoshoot together 7500/-.

That one star rating is for the food in restaurant outside that’s irrespective of the stay and the service provided at the stay. If anyone is choosing this hotel for stay and photoshoot then kindly avoid it. We had a pathetic experience starting from the booking, room services to check out. I don’t understand the logic of their premium package( room rate around 2500+shoot@4500=7000+taxes(approx amount) provided with complimentary breakfast and lunch or dinner). Where as if one is opting for suit room which is 4500+taxes and we are paying 4500 for shoot in total 9000+taxes, there is no complimentary breakfast at least forget about dinner and lunch. Keeping this aside, proper cleaning could’ve been done for a pre booked suit room. Bathroom mats provided in the room are a nightmare. Beds are not dusted before check in and more importantly the bath soap provided In the washroom is seriously a big concern. Topping all these concerns there is no manager or any representative to report these things. I have asked for the manager or anyone who I can speak to for the pathetic services provided for the money we are paying and all I hear is no one is available as manager bhagavan is on leave and no one is considering customer concerns. Very very very poor customer satisfaction. Receptionists are inefficient in understanding English/Telugu and are not good enough to deliver and handle a customer in their language Hindi too. So I highly recommend to avoid this place as u can find better options for the amount that we spend.

Worst hotel in the history of my travel. Irresponsible staff and stupid policies. Demanding daily repayment of tarif. Not informed at the time of check in also staff rude behaviour with guests. We informed all our colleague from my organization to not stay here. Even road side dormitory is better than your hotel.

We had lunch recently at their restaurant. Hotel is located at a very convenient place. Ambience is excellent. Nice parking space. However, food taste is not up to the expectations. Lot of improvement is required.

Breakfast excellent. Dinner is very bad rava dosa and ghee roast. Oriyan bearers don't understand the language. Ordered & served was totally different.

A very beautiful ambiance with different interiors I never saw before. Delicious food items served with best care. Prices of food items are a little bit high but when compared with taste and quality it's ok. Lot of parking place for 4 wheelers. Coffee Day is also situated in the premises. Over all a beautiful refreshment zone for long drive people.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, clean rooms and swimming pool. You have for restaurants inside which is affordable. We got the complimentary swimming pool for 2 Pax additional is chargeable. Good and well maintained restaurants and coffee shops. But room services needs to be improved. We booked multiple rooms but in some of the rooms the smell in the bathroom is horrible.

Great rooms. Sometimes did not receive. Language problem as we are from Gujarat. All food arranged as we eat Jain food and had special requirements. Very cooperative in those terms.

It's a fabulous journey with entire management team...Specially thankful to "Vijay Sir" an event manager but more like a brother....His response is really amazing...His support right from the beginning of the function to the closure is excellent...For rooms booking, Food preparation, Hall accommodation, Provided everything based on our comforts and tastes...Breakfast and lunch is next level..In addition to that "Prasad Sir" a great texture combination of Decoration, lighting, cake, Flexis and everything. For my sister's engagement, All my relatives said only one thing " The function is like a marriage but not look like an engagement" These words touched my heart....I strongly recommend this A5 hotel and once again thankful to "Vijay Sir" and "Prasad Sir

Restaurant has delicious food and the service is very good. Manager is available at any time to help us. The staffs are also very easily accessible and customer friendly.

Good place to stay for business trips. However there is a lot of scope for improvement in the services front. The food is also delicious but we didnot get much variety due to COVID. All in all a good Stay.

We, group of 4 friends went to London Street restaurant & swimming pool here at A5. Restaurant is fine and was okay-ish. But, pool time was totally worth it. Not many people visit this pool which makes it calm, peaceful & you’ll have your privacy most of the time. Water is clean with good maintenance. Lockers are provided for keeping our stuff. Highly recommended !

It's a good Hotel with ample of space for parking, coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pool etc. Room rates are something between 2500 to 4000 Rs per day. It's situated on NH ,7kms from Gudur town. Easy to locate.
