Great food and the most delicious bubblegum soft serve icecream!

Mostly makes mistakes when orders are placed telephonically. I have had food been delivered to me 3 hours after placing an order. Orders have been forgotten to be placed with the kitchen. Overall food is okay, but service is horribly poor.

A shout out to Felicia. For her friendly smile from the moment we entered the store. She was helpful and extremely kind. Service was excellent. She also brought a dish of water for us to wash our hands at the table. Wow!!! Thank you

Worst Service ever, last week Wednesday I bought their special meal for R129, their speed point declined twice while my money got deducted twice, they said they're aware of the problem with their speed point and my money should be corrected within 24hrs,if not I should come back for refund, later that day only 1 R129 was corrected, I went to the store the next day and now the problem was with my ba k and not their speed point anymore, till today I paid R129 for a meal I didn't even get, beware of those crooks guys, I wouldn't recommend people to ho there and swipe their bank cards.

Food was surprisingly delicious! While driving through Bethlehem, disappointed that nandos wasn't halaal, but found this gem instead! Food was cheaper and wraps and burgers tastier. Wouldn't recommend the pizza (unless u enjoy thick base) but highly recommend wrap. Not the best ambience, but great for affordable tasty food!

1. Got my order flavours mixed up 2. Out of the 3 customer that were in store at the time, the order still took long 3. Someone please explain chicken mayo sandwich

The Food is Great and Affordable. However the service is Rubbish!!! 40min to wait for 1 full chicken meal! They must really decide if they wana serve people or not. 0 Star would be appropriate for the service.

The food here is good and also cheap except for the pizza which is over priced in comparison to other places, and will be a long wait. The sevice was good and the place is clean. Not bad overall.

The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly, it's all I wanna eat when I visit Bethlehem...

Really enjoyed the food n it was our first time

I ordered half (lemon and herb) for my kids and half (hot) for myself but got a hot only and I only discovered this when I got home. My package was sealed with a stapler so I didn’t check while at the shop. Also the guy at the till even confirmed “here’s your half and half mam” when he knew exactly what he packed. So disappointing after a long day and drive

Will not buy anything here again. We asked for Lemon and Herb, got everything "mild" - had to throw away half of our meal because could not eat it because it was so spicy - no lemon and herb in sight like we ordered !! Staff was loud, unruly, joking around, dancing, making lots of noise, unprofessional and disorganized. I would rather pay more and support Nando's etc if I want a chicken meal again.......Very much disappointed in Mochico's Bethlehem !!
