Food is always tasty, but they very inconsistent, and have to always check your orders and make sure , coz quite a few times they mix up orders .

Today at about 19:49 I placed a delivery order it only arrived at 21:30 I wasn't informed about the delay the call center agent told me it will take 45minutes to an hour

This is a restaurant selling fish and chips clean and tidy. Taking care of all the Covid 19 regulations into consideration. Their Staff is friendly and very professional.

The delivery was not nice. Some of the ingredients were not there. Took more that 50min to reach the guest house.

Rice was off, calamari rubbery, fish was soggy, chips very dry.

I enjoy the food at the fish aways restaurant in Bethlehem. The food deserves a 5 star. We are regular customers when we go to Bethlehem. The big problem that I have is with getting condiments with my food. I like sweet chilli on my chips and prawns. They want to give 1 little pack of each item. I don't use the tomato sauce, or vinegar. I ask for extra tarter sauce and sweet chilli sauce. They want to sell me the extra. I think this is ridiculous. With the price I pay for a meal surely the restaurant could provide a little more of the condiments. It is not the cost that bothers me as it is the idea that I should get enough to cover my meal. It isn't like I want to take it home with me, I just want to enjoy the food that I buy.
