Great service. Friendly staff. Love their pizza

As a pizza connoisseur this pizza joint makes me sad. The area around is very poorly maintained, with vagrants often asking for handouts. The pizza itself, is atrocious. They never use actual Jalapeños and each pizza is ALWAYS drenched in grease. I feel the cholesterol just looking at it. I used to buy food here for our corporate events but I stopped altogether since last year.

Ordering online once going to payment it keeps saying sorry something went wrong. So trying to phone roman's bethlehem is useless only keeps on ringing. So i got into my car drive to the shop as i was sitting in my vehicle phone again the staff not even that busy, they ignore the phone as it is ringing and ringing. What a good experiment i have done to bad bethlehem branch service would not improve. So forget about ordering online or even calling that is even worse.

The food is always good. But the manager has to give his/her subordinates manners classes, like for real

Placed an online order, said to be collected in 20 min. When I got there at the given time the service was very poor and the order still not yet completed with no explanation as to what is going on.

If I could give a minus rating then I would have. 4th time this year walking out of the store because menu items not available. Staff laughing and think it is funny. Not a very pleasanr experience buying from this store.

The pizza is amazing but i am starting to wonder if their phones even work. It is my 3rd day calling with no answer. The app it self even says they only take calls.

Bethlehem Romans Pizza makes such an amazing pizza but their challenge is space. I suppose a little bigger space will do to accommodate more people especially during off pick when everybody wants to grab something for the evening. Their service was lit

VERY UNHYGIENIC RESTAURANT!! Your pizzas made us sick!! (And this is not the first time, we though we would give you the benefit of the doubt) I don't know if you don't wash your hands or something but goodness it's awful! You should be ashamed!! You will be closed as soon as the health inspectors shows up!!

I am such a loyal customer, but today i totally lost it,on a Sunday. I had a few pizzas to order for family, i went to get pizza at 10:40. On the website it says the store opens at 10:30 on a Sunday. When i got there, the shop was closed, workers inside but closed sign on door and door shut. Asked them, no they are closed. Is this a usual thing on a Sunday? You just lost a whole lot of business on a Sunday. Drove to Debonairs instead.

Visited today. Updated from a 2 to a 3 star. Staff still a bit unfriendly and seems not to want to be there. But the rest improved some. With a bit more staff effort they could be a 4 star.
