Please do yourself a favor and try their food, it's superb and the service is great. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Unfortunately I did not have the privilege of experiencing their accommodation yet and can't wait till I do.

We stopped here overnight while driving to CT. The city surrounding the hotel made us a bit concerned, but once we saw the hotel we knew we'd be happy! It's really well-maintained and full of heritage. Our car packed with our belongings was parked safely inside. Although I only paid R700ish, I felt like I was in an upmarket hotel. I would 100% recommend dining in the restaurant for dinner - the food, portions and prices are AMAZING! I ordered the oxtail and would order it again and again. Thanks for having us! I hope we'll be back!

We went there for lunch only. Food was good and service was good. Very nice if you like the atmosphere of days gone by.

This hotel is a historical building which attempts to keep the old school charm alive. The experience of spending the night in a historical place is quite enjoyable. However there are several negatives: The plugs are far away from the bed, there is no kettle or coffee, coffee is available @R15 at a coffee machine in the lobby which takes coins only. The machine also refuses to give change. The room only has a bath which is definitely not for taller individuals due to the risk of smashing your head against basin. No air conditioning available either ------------------------------- The staff was friendly and they did have undercover parking that was a nightmare to use.

We stayed over at the hotel, and when I saw the great Google rating, I had high expectations. The experience however was not that great. Not bad at all, there are just some aspects that make it a little more inconvenient than most hotels I've been to. Here are some positives and negatives: Positives: - Safe, undercover parking. - The look is fantastic and made me feel like we had briefly travelled back in time - Friendly, helpful staff at reception - The room has a good quality television with more than just the basic channels - There seems to always be someone on duty, so the place is always safe and guarded Negatives: - The parking spaces are difficult to get into. Guests also do not get a remote for the gate and you need to phone reception to open the gate, or they might perhaps see you waiting at the gate on their security cameras (again, not terrible, but having your own remote is just a bit more convenient) - The room has no fridge or microwave - The room does not have coffee or a kettle. This forces you to make use of the coffee machine downstairs, which a) does not make the best coffee, b) has paper cups next to it which in my case were too small for the amount of coffee that came out, so it spilled over and was messy, and c) costs R15 per coffee, so you can only have a coffee if you happened to bring enough coins with you as the machine only takes coins. We only had enough coins with us for one late night coffee and sadly my partner had to go without. The machine also does not offer change. With that said, we did stay over on a Sunday night, which meant that the restaurant closed earlier than usual. Perhaps on other evenings there would be more options available if you would like a cold or warm drink.

This hotel is great for an overnight stop on a long trip. It has parking inside for if you want to leave big bags in the car and the restaurant downstairs has great value for money !

The place to go for an enjoyable meal with special family. Away from the usual noisy restaurants and the Hake and chips 🍟 - top class.

Was a great restaurant. Something happened recently because the food quality and taste downgraded a lot. Service are slow and unfriendly as well. Hope they restore to how they were.

A very good hotel. Situated in the main entry street of Bethlehem. Service is excellent. Food is delicious and fresh. Management and staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean. It's not far from banks and a variety of shops and pharmacies

Old school charm is the best way to describe the Park Hotel. We visited the hotel for breakfast and it was delicious. Even the kids finished all their food. Service was good, would definitely recommend the restaurant if you are traveling through Bethlehem.

The food in this place is amazing. I love the way ladies and gents conduct themselves towards the guests. I was served with a delicious meal and I couldn't believe it. Park Hotel has a traditional way of treating guests. It felt historical as I walk in the reception and I remembered that love is real, don't fear this is a home, relax and enjoy the hospitality. Betlehem is the home of love

We had lunch there and the food was really good and affordable. Fillet was soft and juicy, no sauce needed, and the oxtail fell off the bone. Will definitely recommend!

If we drive through Bethlehem, we stop at Park Hotel to eat. Their pizzas, ribs, and calamari are to die for and the prices are excellent. They have private, very safe parking at the back of the hotel, which we always use.

Had a meal there and it was excellent. Good specials as well. The location is not great - on the main road so parking COULD be a hassle. I however parked right at the door. Worth a visit for their food...
