If you want peace, quiet, tranquil and time away from the busy city life, this is the place to go. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, the gorgeous views and the walk to the cave. Truly nature's masterpiece, Hannetjie was such an exceptional host 👏. The cleaning staff made sure that every area of the house is clean👌🏾 the restaurant staff was also on their A game, thank you to Nyari who was our waitress from day one. We came for a marriage retreat and we were honestly short of nothing. I'd visit again on my next Clarens trip.

If you want to have fun as married couples, this is the place to be at. I highly recommend it. The place is peaceful, safe and the food is great. Try it, and you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely weekend at Linwood Guest Farm. The rooms are well equipped (the electric blankets were very appreciated this time of year!) and clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant on the property is great and the food was good. The farm is a great place to walk around. It is super pet friendly, our dog had the BEST time and was treated with so much care. There are some short (1hour) walks on the farm that take you to some beautiful Clarens sandstone overhangs, or sunset views. Clarens is only a 10 minute drive away where there are other pet friendly hikes (Clarens conservancy) and Golden Gate Highlands National Park is only a 25 minute drive away where you can drive around and go for longer hikes (though not pet friendly). We would definitely go back!

The ambiance was out of this world. Truly got away from the city life. Hanniekie was a gem, always around for a chat and to suggest what we could do, she is the best hostess.

The rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities, the stuff is friendly, the location is wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay here.
