We
heard
about
Jackal's
Hill
from
staying
in
the
owner's
holiday
flat
in
Clarens
and
just
knew
we
had
to
drive
out.
The
dirt
road
was
just
bearable
with
our
small
i10,
and
the
walk
towards
the
tasting
room
was
beautiful,
giving
you
the
"farm-feel"
We
had
a
cheese
platter
and
Gluhwein,
with
the
Gluhwein
being
some
of
the
best
I
tasted
during
our
winter
weekend
in
Clarens.
Service
was
not
the
best,
and
the
ladies
weren't
very
knowledgeable
about
the
cheese/farm,
but
the
tasty
cheese
made
up
for
that!
We
also
bought
some
amazing
farm
butter
from
the
shop,
and
I
wouldn't
mind
to
get
my
hands
on
their
Health
Bread
recipe
:)
