The 5km drive on the farm road was a bit hectic. But the cheese and atmosphere was worth it.

Hidden gems. Amazing value for money. Try the cheese tasting and the haloumi. Will change your world. Be careful with lower cars on the road to the venue

Perfect Slow Food experience. A wide variety of tasty cheesy options available. As well as a cheese tasting option. Well worth the 5km journey on a rustic gravel farm road.

We had a great time at Noah’s. Family and pet friendly with great service. Nice selection of menu items and drinks for all. Cute store with nice products. And... they ship around the country! Best of all— we liked the smoked mozzarella... so close to a cheese famous as a beer snack in Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus states called “chechel”. But the entire range was fun to try. Of the three cheese farms in the area this one has the best cheese tasting presentation. And the best space for larger groups and kids. The paid tasting portions are on the smaller side compared to the three

We took the whole family, from ouma and oupa to the little ones as well. What a lovely place to have lunch! I will recommend the cheese platter. It is quite an experience to pair the cheeses with different dishes! You can also buy your own cheese to take home from the deli.

Slightly more rustic than Baris Monger down the road, Noah’s Cheese is another quirky little cheese spot with a very affordable cheese tasting (R30 per person). When we went the restaurant was closed but we did the cheese tasting and ended up buying several cheeses as they were delicious. It’s also pet-friendly. The road to Noah’s is quite long as it’s a dirt road.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anyone and everyone visiting the area. The atmosphere was so warm and welcome, the cheese tasting with stories and information so interesting and a great experience. Amazing views, friendly staff and as an additional bonus, the chips was delicious.

What a lovely, quaint place! Beautiful stone building. Cheese is phenomenal and service is incredibly friendly. The dirt road on the way there isn't ideal, but you don't even notice the road on the way back because you're in such a good mood. A real hidden gem and must visit when in Clarens.

Cute little rustic place at the foot of Mount Ararat. Enjoyed the cheese platter, with a big variety of cheeses, very much and loved our time there. Road is very slippery when wet, we actualy got stuck but luckily help was soon on it's way - all part of the adventure, will definitely visit again!

Took my parents to Noah's for a treat. We had the cheese tasters, coffee, cappuccino and cheesecake. Everything was very good and the lady explaining all the cheeses was very knowledgeable. Will recommend it to anyone and will go again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great to hear about all the different cheeses. Great tasting...expect to spend some money here because you want to buy a bit of each. Lovely

Cheese is absolutely divine and they have such tasty preserves that compliment their cheeses! We will definitely go back when passing through Clarens on our next trip.

Really had a great experience with the cheese platters here. All the cheese types were explained in detail to you how it was made and ingredients ... the different names to the cheeses and where the names come from. I really recommend the cheese platter to anyone who visits there. Really great service as well
