Now this name might fool you into thinking this is just another ordinary b&b only to get much more than expected. We were booked there for work two weeks ago and we got there late. The staff who received us were friendly and patient with us showing us our rooms and making sure we were happy with them. Then showed us where dinner would be. Not just pointing the place out but literally taking us there. The place is beautiful and so relaxing both outside and the rooms are amazing. I got one if their biggest rooms. The drawback was my door was right in the breakfast dining area and near the main door but it's size and beauty more than made up for it. Their breakfast was delicious and offered variety a perfect start to a day. Not happy about their dinner though. The food was fine but not the service. There was only a chef who left us unattended and just pointed where the food was. She came back just as we were finishing. I wish I had time to explore this beautiful gem but am definitely coming back. Thank you for a great stay!

I worked in the hospitality industry and I'm very fussy when it comes to where I sleep when travelling, so trust me when I say this is a PERFECT guest house with all safety and security measures in place! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with fresh and crisp excellent quality bed linen and comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had both a bathtub and a shower - everything in the room was 5 Star quality (they actually should be charging more for what is offered here) The images on the website are a true reflection of this establishment! The only issue we had was during breakfast. We woke up very early to have an early breakfast because we had a morning event to attend. First, there was a mix-up with our order when we were given cooked breakfast that was for another table, and then we had to wait for over an hour for our food. We could have opted to leave without the breakfast but a stop at a takeaway, would have further delayed us. The breakfast room is also very small. Consider placing some tables outside for individuals who prefer a little space to themselves. All in all, I would still recommend this establishment - the accommodation itself exceeded my expectations!

This guesthouse its a hidden charm in Bethlehem. It's beautiful, it's clean and the staff is very helpful.i don't regret spending time here..

Stunning decor in the rooms. The perfect place to stop over and relax for a night. Very scenic and quiet.

Manager very rude, customer rights don’t apply there, they treat guests like kids, you don’t have a right to choose a room, it’s a take it or leave it. Rooms are not properly cleaned. You are not allowed to bring your drinks yet their bar has limited drinks, no visitors allowed.

Terrible Service. The guy at check in smelled like alcohol. Said that we were scammed. And they were fully booked. Nobody answered any of the phone numbers we were given to try and resolve the matter. Couple after us had the exact same issue! Told they were fully booked and that they were scammed too. Its been 4 days. Ive called and messaged no reply and no answer. What a terible experience.

This place is a gem, and the owner is a star of note. The staff is very helpful, from the security guard to the kitchen staff. Just all round fantastic. The rooms are clean and neat. Simple but modern deco. Everything just works. The food is fresh and exquisite.

Very friendly and helpful service. Stunning accommodation and food. Great location, quite and safe. Def a must if you have to stay over.

The Perfect Corner Guest house is a good stay. I stay here very often. But now they have a silly rule in place that makes it hard for people that don’t eat pork, ‘for religious purposes’ to not swap out small items in the menu. For example if I want to swap out a pork banger sausage for the same sized boerie sausage. It makes no sense and for such a stunning place to have a silly rule in place makes no sense. Because if they have the ability to accommodate all the big necessities why can’t they accommodate a small sausage? Quite disappointing. As the price of your breakfast is included in the room and your breakfast should suite your needs.

As loadshedding is a constant problem in our daily lives and that the guesthouse has a generator was the reason we made a booking at this establishment, as we stayed there in the past. Yesterday there was an electrical problem in the town and the management left their staff to attend to the problem on their own. The backup generator for electricity supply was out of order and left the entire guesthouse in darkness, no heating in the middle of winter and without water, the management did not once attempt to make any effort in repairing the generator(Saturday until Sunday), when we raised the question to the staff on Sunday morning why the management is not available to assist us the answer was simply that they are unavailable and can't be reached. We insisted on getting hold of them as it was a horrible experience and we eventually obtained the numbers after getting hold of the manager Sulette and explaining the problem and asking for a refund for the nights stay she dropped the phone in my ear and switched off her phone refusing to take any calls. I would like The management to realize the importance of making sure that a backup generator needs to be maintained and serviced to ensure that it is kept in a working condition and ensuring a emergency repair service are available in case of people who are medicaly dependent on electricity to keep medical equipment like oxygen machines ect. running in these uncertain conditions we are experiencing with electricity, this negligence and don't care attitude could have cost someone's life !!!! The other guests was also very upset and unhappy 🙁 Highly disappointed in the service!!!

We enjoyed the stay here, it's a beautiful and neat place, the room is beautiful comfortable and big and smells very fresh and clean. The only small problem in my experience was that there is only one plug in the room, no plugs by the bedside, and the pillows are too high and hard for me, I would have liked a choice of a softer thinner pillow. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. There is a 24h guard on the premises,so I felt safe and our car is safely parked under shade. The food is really good.

It's situated in a lovely quiet area, the rooms are really beautiful and spacious. The only issue thier slow wife and that you can only set the aircon on 22 degrees not higher which can be a problem if like me toy traveled during rainy season.

We have stayed at many many hotels,guesthouses ect locally and abroad and this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever!! Surette is absolutely phenomenal!!! She went out of her way for us and tried her utmost to make us feel at home Thank you Surette for everything and being so helpful with us and our little Baby.This world needs more people like you.The Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of ours. Love the charm of this Guesthouse!! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the atmosphere certainly amazing. Place generally looks good. Feels safe. Checked in within 5mins. Bathroom light timeouts after 9 seconds... extremely irritating

They went out of their way to meet all our needs even gave us 2 extra mattresses , because of more numbers, our miscommunication. A beautiful warm and cozy place, booking there again and again.

The rooms are beautiful and linen was very neat, ablution facilities were ok but the recycling system left a bit of a temporary stench. My expresso machine was off but they promised to fix it. The place and manager were superb. Definitely going back for a holiday stay.

Poor customer service!! This place is managed by people who have no care whatsoever about consumers rights. Employ people who are unprofessional and lack training in giving clients the correct information. Went to book the place in August for a function that was planned for September and payed in full...due to unforeseen circumstances we had to postpone for another date that was then set for October... again things didn't go according to plan and we just decided to cancel and put the event on hold ...when i informed them about refunding me my money back i was told they will get back to me and when they finally did they sent their receptionist to inform me that i wont get my money back if they dont find anyone to fill in for that day that was set for the event. No contractual agreement was made between myself and the Guest House where i signed and acknowledged that i have received information that should i cancel there will be a cancellation fee or worse Case scenario forfeit my money which would have been fair if that information was given to me prior to me paying and when you call the owner of the place to raise your concerns and try and reach a common ground thats fair for everyone...in a cowardly and rudely manner she dismisses you and tells you she will have her financial advisor contact you which never happened. So just be careful when booking at this place and paying in advance they will give you problems when you want your money back !!!!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast as early as 06:00! Place is clean, staff friendly. Well done.
