Excellent restaurant for drinks and TGIF style food. Real brewery on the top floor, impeccable decor, lively atmosphere and good staff each time I've visited. This place has become a favorite of mine of late. The food is better than average and some items are exceptional. The kitchen seems to be making an effort and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a safe bet and I recommend stopping by. Warmer nights the patio has covered seating and the ambiance is fantastic outside as well. I've noticed the place is packed most nights, so the Dijon locals seem to approve.

Ate here with a group of colleagues in late August and definitely was not thrilled with the food or service. The flammenkeuche that I had was slightly burnt and the dessert was very heavy (brownie). Unfortunately it doesn’t live up to the 3 brasseurs reputation or the other locations in France or abroad.

I was in a rush so i couldnt taste many of the dishes, but the entrecôte was tender and juicy though burned outside, we were 2 and both steaks was like that. The beer is very nice

Four of us had great food and beer, We were seated straight away even though it was really busy, Attentative staff and multi lingual, my French is less than basic ! Luckily they have an English menu that covers a burger to a German dish, so plenty to choose from, We all had different lagers & beers that were top quality. The Irish coffee was perfection at the end of an enjoyable evening.

The place is very spacious and well designed. Perfect for groups. The place makes it's own beer. Not enough staff members for the whole restaurant especially when its full. Reservations are strongly requiered. Recommended

Nice resto and ambiance; good service; the Carbonade flamande were an excellent choice, prepared with their local beer, better than in most brasseries in Flanders.

Les 3 Brasseurs is an international franchise of brewpub restaurants with average core beers and good pub food. It was founded in France, and also has several locations in Canada. Each has an in-house brewing system and they share core recipes of White, Blonde, Amber, and Brown Ales. Each also features a location-specific "locale beer" where the brewmaster has latitude with the recipe. This location is in a nice mall complex in Quetigny outside of Dijon. Next door is a movie theater and bowling alley and there are also a couple other places to eat nearby. There is a convenient large shared parking lot for the mall, which can actually get quite full. Just inside is an area of high top seating under the high 2-story ceiling. Further ahead are dining tables and upstairs is a supplemental dining area. In the center of the restaurant is an old red truck whose wooden cargo bed has been converted into a single family dining table. On the right is a walkup wooden service bar with no chairs. It has a large stainless steel tap tower with their 6 house beers on tap. A chalkboard to the left lists their beer, which is available in a regular 4-beer flight or glasses of various sizes. Honestly I did not enjoy the core beers at this location. The brewing equipment is located on a 2nd floor level above the bar and includes shiny copper midsize brewing vessels. Also upstairs are their stainless steel fermenters and over the front windows is a row of many short stainless steel serving tanks. The restaurant has a family friendly tavern atmosphere. The food is good, a variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, flatbreads and entrees. The staff is friendly, but a bit slow.
