Everything was amazing...great breakfast, comfy beds and rooms, interesting choice of parking space theme...Unfortunately, there was one thing that was disappointing: the dirty pool facility. We wanted to take a quick swim the morning before checkout. Once we got there, we noticed it was not well taken care of at all. The shower facility to enter the pool had spider webs all over the shower head, and the floor was filled with dirt. Inside the pool, there were dead bugs all within the pool. We wanted to swim in the morning, so I could have assumed maybe most of the bugs flew into the water overnight. However, seeing how the shower was super dirty can mean they don't really take care of this facility. Even where the pool water was circulating from could have used some cleaning. Especially during the summer, it should be something to give more attention towards because guests could potentially want to cool off with a swim. We were willing to do the cleaning ourselves and even asked if we could use the net to try and catch some of those bugs (which I would have expected to be available on a hook by the pool for this particular circumstance). Unfortunately, apparently the net was in the cleaning room and the front desk did not have a key - which quite honestly, is not something I would expect to hear. We picked this hotel in Dijon specifically to utilize the pool. Everything was amazing and we were planning on going back the next time we stayed in Dijon. Its unfortunate we were unable to swim as that was the big selling point for us. Hope they will take greater care of this facility in the future.

Great hotel in business district walkable of the old town. Large comfortable rooms. Liked separate toilets in rooms. Had a nice lunch in the restaurant downstairs and a lovely outdoor area

Hotel and room was OK but food in the restaurant not. Actually starter was super, I had smoked salmon but main food( I had lamb shoulder, first it wasn't shoulder, second it was hard meat I didn't ate) was low level. Breakfast was OK but no staff to help, finished milk in the coffee machine, until poor more take 10 min. No extra glasses, no dessert plates. I am not sure if I will come back there.

Very welcoming check-in, friendly staff. Free parking, which was a first for me at a Mercure. Pleasantly surprised by this. Nice, quiet and clean room. The bath/shower didn't drain the water because the drain was stuck in the closed position, had to lift it myself and take the cover off. Should be easily fixed. The dinner service was amazing. Nice restaurant and terras. The food and wine were great and the staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just because of the staff alone.

Good service and nice restaurant. We enjoyed our dinner. The food is simply really tasty, the service is very friendly and helpful. The dessert is exceptional 👌 We have a roofbox on the car which limits us to access the indoor parking so without complications the helpdesk has told us to park at the entrance since it's secured with cameras. The room is nice too, clean and comfortable.

A very good hotel, great location, 15 minutes walk to the city center. Very good garage, but you can't book it in advance. You have everything you need in the room. Breakfast is amazing, lots of options for people with food allergies. The AC works very well. Overall very clean place.

That a fantastic modern hotel location near the center area.. Breakfast was good n lot of variety All room are pretty huge clean and tidy Coach parking, hyper market, mini market, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine, gym and swimming pool is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel

We enjoyed this hotel! Convenient location right by downtown and the tram. Great breakfast selection, and good restaurant on site. The staff are very welcoming and friendly too!

I liked the (expensive), parking in the underground car park. Nice to have a secure spot. The room was nice and the shower was fantastic, nice and hot with good pressure. The bar does not really serve food, just meat and/or cheese plate, so very limited. We didn't eat in the restaurant as the menu lacks the type of food you would want to eat after along days touring and is more aimed towards fine dining. We were there on a Saturday night and it was quite noisy. Any other day should be fine.

Expensive room, but was indeed luxury room . Very comfortable, shower excellent, can't fault it.
