We
made
a
reservation
for
a
table
at
In
Teglia
for
February
18th,
2023,
at
8
pm,
but
when
we
arrived,
we
were
told
that
the
reservation
was
actually
for
yesterday,
February
17th,
2023.
No
one
bothered
to
call
my
number
yesterday
to
check
why
we
did
not
arrive.
I
even
texted
a
message
to
a
restaurant
today
to
make
sure
they
have
a
reservation-no-one
responded.
I
filled
online
form
to
reserve
a
table
on
18th
too-no
luck.
The
receptionist/
waiter
named
Jean-Marc
was
rude
and
unprofessional.
Not
only
did
he
make
a
mistake
in
noting
down
the
wrong
date
for
my
reservation,
but
he
also
raised
his
voice
and
condescendingly
spoke
to
me
when
I
pointed
out
the
error.
He
did
not
even
bother
to
look
for
a
solution
to
the
problem
and
instead
just
apologized
insincerely.
After
a
long
discussion
that
he
cannot
do
anything
for
us,
he
changed
his
mind
and
promised
us
a
table
for
9
pm
if
we
came
back
at
that
time.
We
took
his
word
and
returned
to
the
restaurant
at
8:50
pm,
only
to
find
that
there
was
still
no
table
available.
When
we
asked
Jean-Marc
about
the
table,
he
rudely
raised
his
voice
again
and
informed
us
that
it
was
our
fault
for
arriving
10
min
early,
and
that
is
the
reason
the
table
is
not
available.
Another
female
colleague
rudely
told
us:''
can't
you
see
where
is
no
table??''.
This
was
suppose
to
be
a
special
night
for
us,
which
I
planned
in
advance.
And
we
were
made
to
wait
an
hour
for
no
reason,
as
a
result
waste
our
time
and
mess
up
our
mood.
There
are
ways
to
explain
things
to
a
customer,
even
when
the
error
is
made.
However,
the
attitude
we
received
was
beyond
disappointing.
We
are
very
upset
by
this
kind
of
service,
which
ruined
our
night
completely.
As
customers,
we
expect
to
be
treated
with
respect
and
professionalism,
and
Jean-Marc
and
female
staff
failed
to
deliver
that.
I
think
it
is
unacceptable
to
treat
customers
this
way.
I
would
most
definitely
not
recommend
this
restaurant.
