The Hotel is run-down. The carpet in the room was with white Spots. The inlay of my blanket had a Bloody Spot. At Breakfast the Service was uncoordinated, empty bowls with king Time no refill, tablets and bowls were still dirty after cleaning. Positive: english-speaking reception, very central and Good parking possibilities.

The air con is non existent makes lots of noise and doesn’t cool down the room at all extremely uncomfortable stay due to the heat of the room. Too hot to sleep. Asked downstairs for a fan and was told that they didn’t have one and the air con should cool down the room with in 10 mins.. but it has already been running 3 hours. Location is great simple rooms that’s fine but too hot to sleep

Horrible hotel. In this "3 star" hotel we were just few days ago. Stay away like from hell! They have lots of bed bugs in rooms. We woke up with dozens of bites and blood stains on the bedding. Staff didn't offer any money back or even apologised.

Great cheap place. Everything you need is there at a basic level. For the price you can't go wrong.

Handy to the train station, quiet room ( inside not facing the street) pleasant staff and a good breakfast included in the price. Overall very satisfied

Close to the gare, which was both a feature and a bug: several rooms are on the tram tracks and are very loud. Rooms are sparse, and weren't super clean. Food at the resto is edible, but not much better. Staff was nice though.

Hotel needs some updating... air conditioning wasn't working properly. Great location next to trams train station and town though with lovely old buildings and churches.

Staff and management are in complete ignorance about 'hospitality business'. I asked for cup of hot water in early morning. A male staff said "It's not possible if you are not staying here". Asked another female staff (looked like a Manager) smoking right at the hotel entrance and she said "Madam if you paid me I'll give you hot water. Nothing is free." Never ever stay at an accommodation with no heart - like this one!

A great value, perfectly located hotel for the train traveller (2 mins walk to station). While only basic, it has a comfortable bed, good WiFi and a hot shower.

Good location, room an breakfast average. The views from our room were not that good, but it was good for its price.

I arrived the hotel last night, very disappointing about the manner of the receptionist, tourist business? Unfriendly, unhelpful, just don't want to answer your question or request. And don't accept the room 111, it’s not a sleeping room.

You get the basics. A place to stay, breakfast and a hot shower. No frills. The rooms are simple. Instant Hot water heater for tea also. Clean. Located next to the train station and in the middle of the Central square basically.

There were quite a few things I didn't enjoy, but the main one was the state of the towels. I'm attaching a photo because no words can describe. I was grosses out. Luckily I only noticed in the morning because there is no way I would have stayed the night. In general I the price-quality ratio was bad, I payed 70 EUR for a very very low cost room. I do not recommend this place and I won't be returning here myself.

Internet is so bad that we weren't even able to further plan our trip. Bathroom was full of fungi and for some reason staff was treating us like criminals just for checking in/out.

Really very bad hotel. Small dirty rooms, smelly. Fungi in the bathroom. Broken equipment, broken curtains. Windowframe could not even be closed. Higher price to pay then indicated on facade. Personnel not interested, even arrogant. Negative reviews are removed quickly. Also negative photos are quickly removed
