Overall, the visit to the museum was very pleasant! Audio guides were provided while the information shared in the rooms (including the description of the operational stages) was comprehensible and in a user-friendly form. At the end, we were offered pieces from four different products to taste while the staff were very friendly! There is only one floor and the tour takes around 1 hour. There is also a shop with a good variety of products on offer.

(Translated by Google) It is very pleasant to see that the products are still made on site, in a relatively traditional way. The museum is interesting, although some materials on display lack a bit of explanation on their use. Good things to discover in store!

(Translated by Google) The receptionist is very warm, especially with our 2 young children. The visit is incredible, we learn a lot about Dijon gingerbread. We even have the opportunity to see the employees in action! It is an imperative visit if you are in Dijon.

(Translated by Google) Little cultural moment on a rainy day. Burgundian by birth I did not know this museum. Pleasant visit with tasting at the end. We could make an escape game there (Original) Petit moment culturel un jour de pluie .

Although there really isn't an equivalent for pain d'épice in English (gingerbread feels like a misnomer especially compared to the gingerbread Americans eat), this museum/factory offers quite an exciting look at how Mulot et Petitjean was founded and the process for making the bread. There is an entry fee of 8€ into the museum, upon which you will enter an office room and listen to the history behind the family and the factory, then you'll explore the ingredients used in the process and discover the machinery and equipment, as well as peering inside the factory through glass windows. Upon exiting, there's a small tasting of different types of bread and of course, one can't help but buy some of the delicious bread to take home. Overall, it was a lovely experience and the audioguide was quite informative. There are only 3 rooms, so it's not that large of a museum, but if you're in Dijon and want to head away from the bustle of the city, this is a very cool exhibit to check out.

The Google directions from the center of town were terrible for walking, it took me three tries to figure out how to get here! You need to cross the main road early, the way it guides you if you don't is blocked by a locked door. Once I finally did I enjoyed it, there was an audio guide in English to take me through the history of the company and a bit of their industrial process for how they make pain d'épices. At the end there was a tasting of four products. I ended up buying some bread after enjoying what I tasted, I felt like it was good value and enjoyed my experience here.

Tolles Museum! Danke!

Lots to learn about gingerbread, and views of the factory of old and modern times. A good fun video experience of the owners through out history. Dating back to Genghis Khan s love of gingerbread!!
