Really wonderful place to get the guide to Les Chouettes and souvenirs. Everyone was super helpful and spoke many languages. Def your first stop in Dijon!

A lady sold my wife and I a tour without informing us it’s only French speaking. The guide informed us and it wasn’t a big deal we returned to seek other options either another tour with an english speaking guide or a refund. The lady informed us that it wasn’t possible and lied to our face Saying that she explained that to us know the front end. Complete liar and scam artist.

Very polite and kind people who even helped us get a wine tasting tour. Nothing was forced upon. We were lot of information about where to go and what to eat. Also, a very well designed map and tourist trail in Dijon.

Nice location in the old center of the city. The customer service is good indeed! Once I asked them about information on fishing license and although they didn't have the answer, they took time to find and provide me with the fishing department's phone number.
