An amazing restaurant that is well worth its two stars. From the start to the end, the service will ensure you are well looked after. They will explain the food, the wines and local cuisine on request. The dishes are perfect and there are multiple tasting menus on offer. One of these will include the local cuisine such as snails, frogs legs and beef. Wow do they taste amazing. This is fine dining at its best. A wine pairing is provided on request and it's all local. This is definitely a once in a lifetime treat. Recommend you dress for the occasion, smart jeans are fine but avoid anything more casual.

Lovely hotel in great location. Some rooms are on the small size but are modern with all the amenities. The beds are comfortable (I personally prefer a firmer mattress but I slept well). A refrigerator, kettle, water, coffee and tea are all provided. Clean and bright bathroom with nice towels, robes, and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious! The croissants were fantastic, homemade yogurt and jellies (try mixing the raspberry jelly in the yogurt-you're welcome), fruit salad, amazing cheeses, fresh juice, ham and baguettes. Excellent coffee. We did not get to dine at the restaurant this trip. Next time we want to try the sauna and spa. The star of this hotel is the staff and their amazing service. The staff were all attentive, warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. This is where you want to be when visiting Dijon. A quick note on location: within walking distance of train station. If it's night time or raining I'd suggest an Uber or taxi. The botanical gardens near the train station are beautiful. Everything in town is a short walk from the hotel and it is on the Owl Trail which is a fun way to see the sites.

This hotel is just WOW 🤩, it simply deserves 5 or more stars. Everything about service, hospitality, comfort, location, design etc… Everything a 5 star hotel can offer, not to mention the 2 Michelin star restaurant that deserved more stars. This hotel made my stay wonderful. They helped me with everything from booking an excellent wine tour to recommending places to visit. The staff are very attentive, kind and professional. IMPECCABLE. And I was very surprised by the kindness, when it was time for me to go to the train station, the taxi did not arrive on time, one of the staff personally took me to the train station. I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

Nice Hotel in the center of Dijon. The rooms are clean and the personel is excellent. Unluckily the Restaurant is quite expensive but as it's in the center, you can reach everything by walking.

A very small hotel but the room was more than adequate with modern amenities. We did not take breakfast but they had a dining area in case you want to add into your stay. The staff is constantly rotating every time we checked back into the hotel. Just one elder lady that seemed a bit stuffy, but other staff were all friendly. Oh, one day the cleaning service didn't do our room but we overlooked this due to their holiday and short staff.

Fantastic 3 night stay, staff were friendly, attentive service with smile particularly Michael. Hotel itself, lobby area, sauna and Spa along with bedroom was immaculately clean. Parking available but cost of €16 staff will park and bring the car as and when I needed it. Breakfast was continental so usual mix of pastries, cereal, cold meats etc, I did miss my English breakfast. It was fabulous hotel, highly recommended. Hotel also centrally located within Dijon all sightseeing, restaurants, bars and shops within 5 minutes or less walking distance.

(Restaurant) Very nice, friendly and professional service. Food was perfect. Very good taste and quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and combined for each dish. The cheese selection is huge and so delicious. (only one thing to complain - the aircon was too strong, too cold in the restaurant or maybe just at our table. they switched it off after a request but just for a while...)

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms (though rather cold in March). Only criticism was that the breakfast was terrible. No selection, a bit of cereal , some croissants, tea and coffee and a few cold cuts. For around €18 each I would recommend having the same in a nicer ambience in town and saving €10 each! We didn't eat in the restaurant which did look marvelous. Maybe next time. Overall a fair price for a nice hotel.

The rooms have no views but the location and staff make up for that. Some of the best service we received in all of Europe. Easy walk to restaurants and train station.

They have Air Conditioning! Great location, Absolutely book a dinner at the restaurant. The only bad things: we had to change rooms because we could hear some crazy guy out on the main street banging trash cans or something at 4am. They were quick about getting us settled in the new room and were very responsive to any request we had. We had a misunderstanding of what "complimentary" taxi means... apparently, it means they will call the taxi for you for free... not that the taxi is free.
