We stayed one night. Downstairs everything seems fine and modern but then we got the key to room 210.... The moment you step out of the elevator you can see the carpet in the halway wich looks like it was never cleaned. Stains, rubish and an old spot where someone probably puked once. We then get in the room. In every corner there was dust and dirt from the last visitor. In the bathroom we were met with stains from toothbrushing on the mirror from prior visitors. In the bath the drain had'nt been cleaned and old hair and shampoo was still stuck there (see foto). The bedroom had too beds one of which had a broken sheet with an old raggy looking blanket inside. There were no protective covers on the matras. They did have a lovely welcome package so you could make coffee or tea..... but no kettle.. I was pretty disgusted and got the sheets from our camping trip out to sleep in them. Sleeping was hard because te hotel is also very noisy. Wich can be fixed with some earplugs if you have them. We will not be going back.

Obwohl ich den vollen Preis bereits bei Expedia gezahlt hatte, wollte die Rezeption erneut die gesamte Zahlung. Auf meinen Zahlungsnachweis von Expedia (per Email) würde nicht reagiert. Doppelte Buchung, mittelmäßiges Hotel, null Service.

Ich hatte leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt neben der Autobahn oder Schnellstraße, was zu Lärm im Zimmer führt. Die Zimmer sind klein, so dass es schwierig ist, den Koffer neben dem Bett zu öffnen. Das WC ist ebenfalls sehr klein, man muss sich schräg hinsetzen, da man nicht gerade Platz hat. Die Fliesen lösen sich von der Wand , die Fugen sind beschädigt, und es gibt keine Duschvorhangstange und Duschvorhang, was zu Problemen beim Duschen führt. Die Zimmerausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig - es gab keine Teekocher und das Telefon war defekt. Die Putzfrau schien sich nicht um die Probleme zu kümmern. Es gab auch keinen Kleiderschrank, und die Kleiderbügel waren unbrauchbar. Im Korridor gab es Flecken auf dem Teppich, was auf mangelnde Sauberkeit hindeutet. Zum Glück war das Frühstück in Ordnung, und der Schokoladenkuchen war lecker. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte jedoch kein besseres Zimmer anbieten. Insgesamt hatte ich eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, und aus diesen Gründen würde ich nicht wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.

We arrived late and the nice receptionist agreed to serve us a drink which was nice. Unfortunately the rooms were not so nice. Both mine and my colleagues rooms had a shower that was not secure properly and neither had a shower screen or curtain so all the water ended up over the bathroom floor. Dingy decoration in desperate need of a lick of paint, kettles removed from both rooms and replaced with a sign that says "we removed the kettles sorry for inconvenience" yet tea, coffee and the kettle base still present. The front of the hotel and the bar looks nice but its downhill from there on after. It was ideal location and was somewhere to sleep but I wouldnt chose to stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the south of France. The hotel was well located for our trip. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was nice and the bed was okay. It was a bit stiff and small for my liking. The only real complaint I have was the noice of other guests. You could hear in the room pretty well what happened in the hallway. Overall not a bad hotel for one night.

Joa, liegt hat ganz gut und nah an der Autobahn in einem Industriegebiet. Die Zimmer sind an der höheren Kategorie in Ordnung, einfach eingerichtet, funktional. Das Standard-Zimmer ist sehr klein. Ungefähr vergleichbar mit einem B+B Hotel. Frühstück ist ganz ok, allerdings ohne warme Speisen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. An der Decke waren an mehreren Stellen Schimmelflecken und die Wandfarbe hatte Risse und Abplatzer. Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Wir haben uns sehr geekelt. Das Personal war freundlich. Da das Warmwasser ausgefallen ist, haben wir das Frühstück umsonst bekommen.

Would not choose to stay again. We stayed one night on the way down to the south coast Basic rooms as expected for the price but no kettle available even though there was coffee, teabags. Air con worked fine and not noisy. Breakfast was very poor indeed. We were refunded as there was simply no food available. No bread, no croissants, no eggs, no meats, no cheese. Tables not cleared. Tables in poor state. The staff all seemed very young and inexperienced, so blame not theirs but very poorly ran. Area seems very run down.

Breakfast: no bread or eggs, very unsatisfying, lots of jams though, Staff: not speaking enough English and unwilling to find an original invoice for my stay, not wanting to call and look where their colleagues left the original and giving me a copy. It was not great, not terrible. But to hear “it’s impossible” all the time (refusing to call a colleague because it’s their free day, refusing to help with the invoice, refusing to give me a number for a manager or somebody to talk to who can help me or at least speak English, refusing to give any compensation on that they had leftovers for breakfast (we went at 9am, the breakfast is until 10am) and missing key things like eggs Or even bread… because they are waiting for a big group tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♀️).

Strange place, stayed over one night. room was odd with dated disjointed decor and furniture, no kettle but kettle stand , cups, coffee, etc. You need to go down to reception in the morning and ask for hot water. There is a shower over the bath, but no curtain. Windows have shutters, so you do feel safe. Breakfast was adequate and we did get an evening meal that we were all grateful for.

Very poor rooms, that needs maintenance and better cleaning. Breakfast is a bit more than a baguette and a croissant, but still poor. The staff was kind and very service minded. The location of the hotel was practically though. Close to the highway and near both Beaune and Dijon.

Great value for a stopover in Dijon! The duplex room sleeps 4 and looked brand new, very pleasant with a double bed and 2 single beds (upstairs), both very comfortable! A well-sized bathroom with a nice shower. The Wifi worked perfect and there were even 2 flat-screen TV sets. Breakfast (optional, free for children) was also very good. Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Parking no problem: easy to reach from the highway Lyon-Paris/Nancy, and it took only 15 min. by car to get into the center (look out for St.Anna parking: close to the Palace and not expensive!) For us it was an excellent choice I would happily recommend!

Everything about my stay was perfect here. Super kind staff and very clean. There is even room service with local specialties which definitely beats Uber eats. I Got a superior room and it was definitely worth the extra space and comfort. I will definitely be back 🤗

Nice hotel to stay. Clean and confortable. Good location as well. The only mind point is the internet. The higher you stay in the hotel, the weakest the signal is. But not a big deal. The breakfast is simple but ok. It is also animal friendly.

Our first room smelled really badly of cigarettes, but the people at the reception were very friendly and gave us another room without any hesitation. The new room did not have a bad smell but I must say that we were super disappointed: both the first and second room we got did not look anything like the modern rooms you see in the pictures. More like an old eery hotel stuck in the seventies. The room was clean though and the bed and pillows were good, and there was a rolling shutter to keep the light out and a good AC, no complaints there. But it was quite shocking because the pictures were very deceiving. The bath had an ugly stain in it and there was no shower curtain, so water sprayed everywhere. The wifi did not work. Afterwards they also charged us more tourist tax than necessary (one person too many) and the price of the breakfast was not included which came as a surprise to us. I'm really not someone who gives out negative reviews easily. It was just a really really disappointing stop in our journey and would absolutely avoid this place in the future. (We had a BNB near Dijon during the first part of our trip which was much cheaper and it was a much more pleasant stay).
