𝗗𝗶𝗷𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 | 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 Nice hotel close to the motorway with brilliant breakfast. Our room was very nice and the reception area was decent and operational 24 hours. Brilliant drive across France this morning. A pleasure to stop this evening. Dijon offers everything especially brilliant mustard😆 there is a great shopping centre next door to the hotel area with everything you could possible want. Great food and drinking establishments. Very well situated in a good part of town that offers something to do for all age groups. many different eateries to choose from on the daily. Very highly recommended especially for business solo.

The hotel was kind of ok for one night but way not worth the money for me. The room was ok, not more ore less. Ugly view from the superior room with „pool view“ on a industry roof. You can only see the pool if you stand on the window and look down 😂The bathroom had a crack in the toilet seat. The rain shower was not working. The check in was really bad, the lady didn’t spoke good English, so she could not answer my questions about the room service. No informations about the check out time, Spa service ore anything else. She was already annoyed after a few sentences because i couldn’t understand her bad English, rolled eyes and made clear that she doesn’t like the fact that I don’t speak French. The breakfast was ok but not worth the money, plus my vegan girlfriend could not find anything at all. The baguette tasted old and not good - that’s really a shame for a hotel in France. Thought you have good baguettes over there. Ate better and fresher baguettes at the discounter supermarket for 0,50€ 🙈 Free parking in front of the hotel was nice, but All in all it was not worth the price of 160€/night (superior room with breakfast) for me - I stayed in better hotels with better breakfast for way less money. Also felt like all of the hotel staff was kind of rude.

Although usually Holiday Inn is a great choice. This hotel is disgusting. We paid the deposit by bank transfer, instead by credit card. We were promised to get the deposit back in cash the morning of departure. After the room was cleared, they told us it was already sent through the bank. It never arrived and they are unwilling to provide their proof of transaction. Customer Service is non-existent, even for a platinum member. Go somewhere else!

We have been staying here for years and tonight our stay has been very disappointing. The room was to be the pool side which is quiet and we got the parking side. The Tesla charge use to be free and now they charge 20 Euros and hour for 11 watts slow charge. I ordered room service at 6.15 pm to be served before 7 pm and they asked me to pay up front despite having our card details if we wanted to be served before 7pm. At 7 we called and the kitchen was unaware of the order. It arrived at 7.25 pm. We ordered plain chicken with potatoes and it arrived with mushroom based sauce which I am intolerant. A fiasco from start to finish. Won’t be staying here anymore.

Fully equipped hotel with many amenities, location is super amazing, there is a tram service that brings you directly to the city center just in front of the hotel. The hotel is Laos adjacent to a high shopping mall with plenty of amenities. Parking is free and safe, highly recommended

Stayed here twice recently, in a family room with breakfast. There are plenty of car parking spaces, and the hotel is very easy to find from the motorway. The hotel itself was clean and modern. What I wasn't so keen on was the taking of a deposit of the room cost plus 100 euros on arrival. Also on the second visit the breakfast didn't seem as fresh as the first visit. I would have preferred a double and two single beds for the family room too,. Could have saved some sibling quarrels! Overall though it's a good hotel for a stopover from the UK to Italy.

Having used this hotel many times in past once again never fails to deliver,from start to finish. Great reception staff, good quality rooms,good facilities great location.

Fab location, dog friendly rooms, comfortable beds. Park just across the road for dog walking. Quality shopping mall with loads of restaurants right next door. Staff helpful and polite.

Had a good stop over, didn't try the food, however the rooms were very comfortable and the pool was a delight to swim in. Ohh and free parking outdoors just Infront of the hotel.

I never had such an answer I asked the receptionist when i checked to change the linen and she confirmed. They did nor do at the first night and i requested again and she confirmed that they are gonna do but nothing happened and every time i showed her the dirty bed sheet. When i checked out i was talking to her politely i told her about the request that never has a response and when i asked her about the manger she answered he is not her and you can call him at his phone. She even did not apologize for what has happening and i told her give my phone number to your manger and let him call me as that what it should happened. Receprionist should show more care about the guest and should have a manner and behave in professional manner. Nothing personal and the hotel in general is OK somehow

We stayed here on the way back to the UK. It was a good place to stop over. Clean, functional and business like. Located beside a shopping centre, there were a number of choices for dinner, albeit fast food. Our rooms were located opposite each other as requested. One had a landscape countryside view and the other had an industrial view. But as we’re just using it as a stop over we didn’t mind. We used the gym which was quiet, bright and clean.

No bacon and scramble eggs for breakfast... Also laundry is not possible Room conditions are quite good

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms,very comfortable bed and free parking.

Great Hotel near the auto route. Plenty of family rooms which sleeps a family of 4 . There is a 24hr reception if your are arriving late. We drive from Yorkshire down to Dijon in the day quite easily. There is a shopping centre next door with lots of places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend.

Convenient hotel next to the shopping centre. Team right outside that takes you into town. Small gym with not.much in it but if you're inventive you can get a workout done. Rooms are nice and clean, showers are powerful. Staff are friendly and the bar staff are nice. Foods a bit expensive but still tasty. Breakfast has good offerings but also quite expensive.

OK Hotel, definitely not 4 stars. Bedrooms and bathrooms functioning but old, need a refurbishment. Breakfast room newer and more pleasant. TV switched on automatically at 3.00am a couple of times, the explanation by the front desk is that sometimes other clients programme this as a joke...seemed not to particularly bother them when I told them the story... Would not repeat.
