As an American I had the following issues with the room. The temperature of the room is not really controlled by the guest and it was too warm for comfort. I had to open the window to get some cool air but it was too loud outside. The pillows were not soft and too firm for comfort. The power outlet is different than I found in other European Countries. In my room (106) the(sound of) a/c system kept turning off and on frequently. The lighting in the bathroom is inadequate especially for shaving. The(clean) towel had an unpleasant odor. The staff was friendly and professional and came to my room quickly to try to make the A/C situation better though unsuccessful. Hotel is clean and pleasant in appearance. Express Breakfast with cereals and various breads, boiled egg, ham etc.

Very good rooms, good location, big parking. Comfortable, quiet, clean, good breakfast, very friendly service from all staff! Would come back anytime. Also 3 restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient stopover. Stayed on 7-8 August 2023 in room 329. Nice view and quiet! Everything worked smoothly. I'd like to express special thanks to Ms. MEGGY in reception, who is professional, fluent in English, friendly and helpful.

Our visit to the Holiday Inn Express Dijon was less than satisfactory due to a booking blunder; they incorrectly claimed we had cancelled, despite our email confirmation. The receptionist was unhelpful and disinterested, prolonging our check-in by 40 minutes late at night and suggesting a more expensive new booking. Additionally, the room had webs, falling short of expected cleanliness standards. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good. Usually pleased with this chain, this experience was a letdown, and we won't be returning to this particular hotel.

Nice hotel for a short stop on a business or vacational trip! The rooms are functional and clean, the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, also when asking for recommended places around downtown Dijon. Parking is free, also charging your EV as they offer 2x 3kWh charging spots. The breakfast is simple, but of good quality. I definitely recommend this HI Express Dijon.

Perfect for a stopover in transit. The hotel has its own parking lot and charging station for electric cars. A pool is available as well as a bar. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast is included. The highway is close to your window,.dont.open.

Friendly Staff, nice room. Wifi worked good.But the AC was set to 24c and so the room was way to warm for me to sleep in. I tried to cool it down but There was no way to change the ac settings, so i ended up having a very uncomfortable sweaty night in a way to warm room. The shower in the bathroom was very big and nice but the towel smelled like chicken soup? and so did my face after using it. The room was not really cleaned well and was a little bit dusty. When I went to the breakfast at 10:00 it was already cleaned up, even if it is available till 10:30. the guy that worked there was really friendly but still surprised to see me there at this time. He brought me some croissants and butter but Still I was very disappointed since the staff told me i can have breakfast till 10:30. All in all it wasn’t a good experience for me and I couldn’t have a refreshing night, that’s why I can only give a 2 Stars review. Would not come back here.

It's my third time in this hotel but this will be my last. The first two times i had a great stay (winter season ). I drive from Germany to south of France two to three time a year and this hotel was the perfect middle point for me to stop. This time it is summer time and like everyone else in France they have shortage of staff and i totally get that. When I got into my room i see that the sofa bed is not made so i go downstairs and ask if someone could come up and make it. The person at the front desk told me as they are full tonight I'll have to do it myself 🤔. Not a big deal, i can do it but when you pay 121 euros a night I shouldn't have to do it. Anyway not a deal breaker just not cool. But the shower... Omg the bathroom was degusting. The top tiles in the shower were clean, but the bottoms one were dirty ( and looks like its been a while they haven't clean them), someone hairs were behind the door and the shower joint were all molded. If i hadn't sweat all day i would have skipped the shower 🤢 Very disappointed.

I don't know why Mirelle felt to get agitated and put the phone down on me abruptly when I was very politely asking about taxi options to the nearest Carrefour. I don't know why anyone would stay here for anything other than a necessary stop during travel to somewhere else. Nothing around except a main road and a Burger King. The outdoor pool is in full view of the main car park so not sure who would want to relax there, in full view of all the cars and people driving around it. I don't know who designs these places but how hard is it to place the pool on the private side of the building?

1.I found 1 tissue with blood under the blanket!! That's mean no-one changed the blanket or the bed sheet!! It's already used from the previous guest or I don't know since when!! (Attached photo FYR) unacceptable at all from IHG company!! 2. Spoons and cups were dirty ! One of the sugar sachets were already opened and used!! 3. No bottles of water inside the room (like any hote in the world) when I asked about water they informed that in this hotel we didn't put bottles of water inside rooms! So I went to reception and I bought one small bottle for 2.5 euro! 4. No wardrobe. Only hangers! 5. No mini fridge!! 6. No safety box in the room! 7. Housekeeper she didn't respect and apply the standard of knocking the door and they open the door directly with their master key!! I know the standards for respected hotels they have to knock the door 3 times, f no-one opened the door or answered after that they can open the door, but for your hotel I don't know how they're hired and how they trained! 100€ per night for what?!?! I was not expecting this from IHG group as we booked in IHG group as we trusted in them! But for this hotel it was really 0/10

Excellent hotel, good location with free parking and good breakfast included that is served until 10:30am. Clean, quiet and comfortable room.

Friendly staff when arriving, modern rooms, good wifi, chromecast on the rooms for the kids, pool area, private parking just outside the rooms. Burger King right next door to the kids 😄 All in all perfect when you are travelling by car with the family and children on a summer trip from Denmark to Spain and back. 10 min by car to the city center by the way. Would definitly come back next time.
