Really beautiful hotel in the old town part of Dijon. The hotel du Palais is a small hotel (I think they only have 8 or 10 rooms) just off of the main square in Dijon. From this location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within Dijon without having to use transit to get around. The room was very large for a hotel room and the theming of each room around a local product is a nice touch (we stayed in the "Pinot noir" room). The only thing I'd note is they did not have an elevator. It was no issue for us but if you're older or have mobility restrictions it may be something to consider. Overall I'd recommend a stay at the Hotel du Palais

I can't praise this wonderful boutique hotel enough! From the professional and fun staff to the large, pretty hotel rooms to the beautiful wine cave on site, it was the perfect stay for a well-needed get away. The wine tours through Burgundy (organized by the staff with a fantastic tour guide) were a dream come true. The hotel is perfectly located to get anywhere and everywhere. Every restaurant they recommended was delicious. I can't say enough about Eve, Sullivan, Alex and Clara; and Emeline! We miss you terribly from NYC. We will be back soon!

My wife and I stayed four nights at this charming hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel recently opened and has all of the interior renovated. We stayed at the top floor and our room had exposed original beams that gave it that wonderful Dijon character. The hotel also has a 15th century cellar underground which can be booked for wine tasting. Ours was with Robin who gave us a thorough overview of Burgundy wines while we were tasting at the cellar. Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the historical center close to shopping and restaurants. We are so glad to have met Eve who runs the hotel with her husband. I also wanted to mention that our room was clean, the mattress was of a very good quality, the water pressure in the shower was strong and the complimentary breakfast in mornings was amazing! Oh yes and the daily chocolate with a bottle of water was a nice touch too!

Fantastic boutique hotel in a very convenient Dijon location. Room was very comfortable. The A/C is the best I’ve had in Europe. Breakfast was delicious. Wine tasting in the basement cellar was also a great experience. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dijon.
