The receptionist that was today at 11am shouted at us for asking if we can pay for breakfast. We canceled our 900 EUR stay.

Was only here for one night as we were doing a roadtrip to Italy. Our stay here was great. Very comfortable rooms and large bathroom. The hotel is situated in a great location. The staff member who allocated our room was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Location: if you're coming by car, you won't be able to park in front of it. Go to the car park of the main train station. Room: it was big and clean. Breakfast:. NOT worth it Extras: there is an elevator to go to the rooms. Also at night it's very quiet.

Rooms and staff are good.... No room service..... have to visit reception for any requirements... Breakfast hall and menu are average... Have to cross the road and visit another hotel for accessing gym, spa and sauna....

Our train from Paris to Mulhouse had to do a emergency stop at Dijon to be fixed. They told us that it will be a couple of hours “4hours” to be exact. It was a very hot day and traveling with a 7day old baby is not pleasant in these conditions. We decided to look for a restaurant or hotel that has air conditioning so we could just wait for an hour or two until we get our transportation. The first place we go to was this hotel and ask if we could just wait for a bit with our baby. This Cold hearted woman said no, and said no to our baby. So shame on you and your Hotel. In conclusion we went to a better, cleaner, nicer, high class and friendlier place La Cloche hotel 14 place Darcy 21000 Dijon France Thank you and have a nice day

Good location with Hertz downstairs. Some rooms can't keep the tram line noise out. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Cheap, cheerful and comfortable budget hotel. Great location straight across from the train station, friendly staff.

Very nice staff. The time were clean and modern.

All in all is a nice place for a night. Yes it’s noisy since is facing the train station and is right above a busy tram line but is also very easy to reach and it allows you to visit the city very comfortably. Recently renovated, rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is nice without being particularly proactive.

Hotel and room was okey, it works. Staff was very kind to us.
