I've stayed there for 5 months! Well, if you're planing to stay there for a week, then it's an excellent choice. It's located near the Place de la République, so it's the city center. You can find the supermarket Casino in 5-7 mins by walk and it's fine, because as you know in France the shops aren't located in every step. The rooms are comfortable with simple and cute atmosphere. But during those months I mentioned some mistakes in their service. Sometimes they forgot to add a toilet paper or forgot some cleaning stuff in my room. But in general, I have positive memories about this hotel. I'm recommending.

Friendly staff. Good location. Secure car parking. (well worth paying for) Good quality breakfast. The only negatives were. Pillow not very comfy. No kettle, coffee /tea making facilities apart from a coffee maker without beans etc. My tablet kept saying the Wifi was unsecure so I couldn't use it. Don't know if this issue was unique to my tablet or it was the wifi.

There was nothing wrong with my experience but nothing good either. The hotels rooms are clean but old, the furniture are used and with no taste. The bathroom is one from an hospital. And breakfast is very minimal. Overall does not worth this price for sure and i had better experience in Ibis budget.

Small but complete and ultra clean room. Easy and free parking nearby. Close to downtown.

A great place to stay in the heart of everything. The studio apartment are a bit small, but some have balconies on the 6th floor. All staff are multi lingual

Quiet surrounding which is perfect for us. Check in was seamless and reception was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, bright and neat; the way I like. Comes with kitchenette that seems small but full. Toilet has a heater rack that can dry towels or clothes you decide to wash. Best part is the parking which is directly connected to the lift Lobby for the rooms. Makes transferring luggage so much easier. A pity that we are only stopping her for a night. If not, I would love to stay longer!

Great little hotel. Reserve parking. Not fancy, but modern, clean, and friendly. English spoken at medium during day, and zero at night. Will def return here again. Stayed 8 nights.

The pros: clean, quiet, decent bed and close to centre ville. The cons: overwhelming smell of cleaning products and a towel that smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

I think it’s generally a good hotel, but when I stayed there there was problem with the air conditioning, so the room was very hot in the night and it was hard to sleep. Not a great experience for a €130/night room…

Clean and quiet studio hotel with secure and spacious underground parking close to the town centre. (One thing that should be standard in 2023 however are USB charging sockets in the rooms. Despite the fact that there were ample sockets, there was no way to charge iPads or phones from a USB cable)

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was well presented & modern with all the comforts you would expect from a self catered apartments. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Great location - It was a quick stroll in to town & the neighbourhood felt very safe. After 4 weeks of travelling the guest laundry was a handy bonus too!!

This hotel is well located to explore Dijon. The room had plenty of space including closet space. The kitchenette has everything you need. The staff is very friendly. There is even a laundry area! It is a short walk to the city center, or take the free bus from Place de la République.

Situated slightly out of the centre, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The rooms are clean and have facilities to cook if you want to.
