Fantastic location just outside of the city centre, cozy rooms and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in and departure, breakfast was excellent and plenty of options.

Reception staff welcoming and really helpful. Getting into the car park through the electric gate difficult (particularly on arrival in rush hour) as you need your personal access code from reception first. Best to park on the pavement at the front and get the code first. Superb air conditioning throughout hotel was a lifesaver in summer 2018!. Great regional restaurant right next door which reception can book for you.

The location is excellent. It’s within a shot walk from the train station and in front of a tram. It looks nice from outside and the lobby is spacious and modern, but the rooms are very simple and dated. There was only one socket in a room with three beds. It was very dusty by the windows. The carpets didn’t look clean either. There is a restaurant by the entrance. After long hours of driving, we decided to sit outside and eat there. The menu was simple, but expensive for what they were. The burgers and pizzas were good, but I don’t recommend a fish dish.

It’s OK. No thrills very small room. Lift broke so humped bags up flights of stairs at midnight. Photos are not accurate and I guess walk in closet just means it doesn’t have doors??????

Waiting forever for lift as there is only one that holds up to four people. When we got our room, it was already occupied by another customer. So I walk down 3 flights of stairs to reception cause i was already waiting a while for a free lift. That wasn't happening. Told reception that our room was already occupied so she gave us another room. We walked into new room only to discover there was one bed. So back to reception again and ask for a room with two bed. Receptionist was very rude and arrogant. Did not feel welcome. Definitely not recommending staying here.

I was here for one week with work, and I chose this hotell as it was close to the congress center, where i'd be during the weekdays. The hotel is quite good in general, and the rooms are 100% as promised by the pictures. Never had as good picture / reality - match. The breakfast was scarce, but good. They have something in all categories, however not much more. There are some bread with toppings, crossiant and pain au chocolat, yoghurt, cereal etc. Good coffee. The Wi-Fi they offer is worthless. It did not work at all during the week and when voicing this with the staff they ensured me that it was indeed working (which it wasn't). You 100 % get into the Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi doesn't get anywhere further (i.e not onto the internet). Only thing I would've wished for was minifridge in the room, but hey, it is 3 stars and you can't get everything you want, right? All in all, the hotel is 3 stars and it is correct i feel. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff helpful for the must part and friendly. cleaning-staff was efficient and thorough.

Rooms were clean but very small for a couple with luggage. Shower tile could use a good scrub as there is black mold in the tile. Breakfast was very minimal. Quick bus ride to the center square.

Clean rooms helpful staff. Only wish informed at time of booking no car parking. Nearest safe parking 5 min walk from town. Apart from that great hotel

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff were very helpful. Location was good, straight across the road from a tram stop. There was secure parking available. The bar was nice with a big screen to watch sports. We ate breakfast in the hotel and there was plenty of fresh bread and fruits. The rooms themselves were very comfortable. They were clean and spacious, and it was easy with children to relax in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Dijon.

Room is nice, modern, comfortable big bed. But... Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever experienced. At 7:30 on a weekday, not only there was no food left - anyway one bowl of joghurt, one type of ham and white bread are the choice at all - but the dirt, the rubbish which the breakfast area was flooded in made my hunger chased awqy luckily. No staff in breakfast area, no staff at reception, only God knows what they were doing. Finally at checkout i find someone at reception and the answer for the mess was, that they had a group. Wow, like other hotels don't have groups. Wake up.management, you need staff to operate a hotel, groups what you make the revenue off.. Campanile will be my last choice in Dijon again. If u need a quick sleepover, than its okay, but there are other cheaper and better hotels in Dijon.

2nd time we've stayed here and we would use it again. Great location for Dijon with a tram stop right outside for the city centre, rooms are comfy and clean with a modern feel, staff are friendly and it has secure parking. Happy to recommend

It is actually a 2-stars hotel priced as 3-stars. Very basic room - not even 2 towels for guest.

Friendly staff, nice modern, clean and comfortable room. No dining but restaurants are only a very short walk (one next door) away. Breakfast is available in the hotel along with secure parking (must be present booked at 10 Euro per day). Team stop just across the road for easy and quick access to the historic centre of Dijon.

Great stopover for a night. Central for walking, parking off street payable, clean and comfortable, breakfast okay, good value for money.

The don’t tell you when you phone, book, or arrive that there is no heating, even though it is below 10C outside, then the manager gaslights you in the morning saying that you’re abnormal for expecting heating in the first place, and refuse to comp your stay. The night receptionist didn’t even know there was no heating in the building. And by the time he realized there were no other rooms with heating, it was 12:15am and too take for me to find a different hotel with my dog. Insane.

Stopped here on a long trip from Italy to the UK. Conveniently placed halfway between Turin and the Tunnel, Dijon is a good place to break the drive. This hotel is easy to find from the Autoroute and has secure parking around the back. Everything was clean and fresh and our family room had lots of space for a double and two singles. We didn't take the paid extra breakfast but there are lots of bakeries around for an alternative. It is only a short (10 minute) walk to the start of the old town and the tram runs past the hotel too. We can recommend finding the owl trail to give you a nice walking route around town.

Nice hotel and clean facilities. Staff is very polite but the breakfast is a bit of a let down. Overall price vs quality is very reasonable

Amazing service. Good prices, very clean, with secure parking. We literally just showed up with no reservation after a long roadtrip across Europe, and they were very happy to assist us. Great staff.

My parents stayed here for a week in October 2023. The rooms were acceptable for a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, there was no fridge, and the Wi-Fi was quite poor. However, our entire experience was marred on the last day when my parents, who don't speak French, were attempting to check out of their room. The receptionist behind the desk (who happened to be their boss) was extremely rude when she tried to charge an additional $25 for taxes. My parents had no understanding of what she was referring to, and she became almost aggressive with them as they were attempting to leave the building. My mom was so frightened that she was visibly shaken. This is not how the hospitality system should operate, especially when dealing with paying customers who may not necessarily speak the local language. It was a terrible and distressing experience. I will not be returning. IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE THEY WROTE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: The balance was not $636; we had paid that when we checked in, in line with the typical hotel procedure. It was merely $25 for taxes and insurance, which guests usually settle upon check-out. Moreover, my parents did not contact me (I am fluent in English); they reached out to my brother, whose English proficiency is not as strong. Unfortunately, I was unavailable at that time (it was 5 am in my time zone when they were checking out). It's important to note that my parents were willing to leave all their luggage behind and return with my nephew, who had the card used for hotel payment. Regrettably, this suggestion was not accepted by the manager. Furthermore, the hotel had all the necessary card information and could have deducted the owed amount directly from the card. WHICH THEY DID!, before my parents could leave the building. It would be much more preferable if the staff acknowledged their mistakes and offered an apology for their rudeness (ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MANAGER PHYSICALLY STOPPED MY 69-YEAR-OLD MOTHER). Attempting to justify their actions with falsehoods is not the way to handle such situations.

Stayed for a couple of nights I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the staff, behavior was shockingly rude. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for anyone planning to stay in Dijon. I will never consider staying here again.
